Because they couldn't sort out Turpington Lane? I'm pretty sure I read on the NOE (they put that one up ) that it was dependent on trees being sorted along Turpington Lane Not that it affects me since I'm on 227s tomorrow, then off for five days, back on the 227s and then another day off! ;D

Another TB driver on another group has suggested the diversion is on as diversion boards have been placed. Is this true?

I think boards were not turned by NTC as too much on. TB know should know (yes they do know) diversion off. Clearly the person you spoke with will be wasting his time on a diversion that has been cancelled. Another TB driver on another group has suggested the diversion is on as diversion boards have been placed. Is this true?

They should do this as standard in London. I remember a week a year or two back when the lights at greenford failed completely and my journeys sped up at a incredible amount. Even when passing the junction west to east I looked at the north and south sides and there was barely any traffic as oppose to when there was (tailed back at least to the A40 sometimes). It was soo good I actually took the 282 back home from ealing hospital asthere wasnt a bus lane there before and we always got stuck there about 20 mins!
