3 (13 reg) VHs still to enter service at V which will allow 3 VHs possibly more to go to Fulwell. That then releases SP40073-76 from FW to SO. The 698 already has SP40071/72 which presumably move across to SO as well. The E1 extension delay and a reduced PVR of 8 instead of 11 also provides the opportunity to move an SP or two out of AV which of course will have some spare now in any case depending on how routes are cross linked going forward. SPs 40077-81 the ideal candidates to depart you would have thought. All guesswork of course. The 3 VH's will be in service from 5th June for 639/670. Only 2 VH's are needed (one for the 639 and one for the 670)

The 698 officially changes to VHR after half term (ahead of its new contract) From BT, isn't that from September? And what will the 183 use? Maybe the 183 will use the SP's leased from the 698? The 635, 696 & 697 converting to ADE (if they are still converting early) should release roughly 7 SP’s which I’d guess would move to SO for the 183. No idea what leasing has to do with anything?

He might be talking about the SPs on the 698 currently and saying they are leased (not sure if they are though)

I need help urgently. I left a 65 approximately 10 minutes ago (LJ15 JZE) and whilst I got off I saw my necklace dropped out of my jeans pocket. I tried to retrieve the bus but missed it, it's on it's way to ealing Broadway now. I was wearing an orange hoodie, jeans and high tops. Please inform the driver as he seemed unaware, thanks so much

Yesterday was formal end of BL3 (Bedfont Lakes lunchtime shuttle to Staines) and the H1 (Epsom hospitals service)
I think SP40019-21 the BL buses used on school extras now withdrawn (replaced by ADEs) SP40001-8 will only return if school extras restart
DE20002-5, 7-9 (remainder of 1-17) are also school extras DE20059, 60, 64 (all remaining 2007 buses except 20074)
From memory DE20018, 20, 21 had a partial refurb for route 72
Just leaves DE20019, 74 of the other 2007, 2008 buses for now But a pair DE20030-31 are providing refurb cover on S1 pending route novation in 5 weeks time, so they might replace them. But even if they don’t the new BEs and BMEs (July-Dec ?) will thin out the DE fleet by about 30-35 buses. Not heard which are leaving but guessing it is 2009 buses DE20022-49

Has the 470 been extended to Epsom General Hospital yesterday? Just randomly for a day? No, I believe

News this morning, the former TT WNs are currently under refurb for the 28s.
Spare ADEs will be used on the 698 whilst VHRs are currently under refurb and when they come to BT they are strictly for the 698s.

This is typical of local councils. Trying to encourage cycling, then giving planning application for multi occupancy buildings that are unlikely to be able or suitable for the storage of cycles. Years of unlined up thinking on urban planning, cram loads of people into already heavily populated areas, but make no changes to infrastructure. Then we blame the residents for years of local planning incompetence, total farce!
