While we all know about BT's electric woes, does anyone know on the status of X? I was aware work has been going for a few months there but I'm not sure on what the latest updates are.

Unless the 295 is operated out of a different garage with chargers, then they will start electric but I believe that X does not have the chargers yet. Also, the 295 will not have it's intended electric buses anyway.

Maybe but I don't know what is going to happen. would be really good if they do this instead and decide to keep the existing hybrid allocation on the 125 for the remainder of its current contract.

Remember RATP is also moving another route on Saturday 218 is moving from Westbourne Park to Stamford Brook i know contracts for electric buses are a lot stricter in terms of allowing non-electric buses to stray on electrified routes & vice versa, but is it likely that electrics will stray between different routes once they are all electrified? For example, could we see BCEs regularly straying on the 23 once the 295 is electrified, and OMEs straying on the 295?
