VH45152 and BE37043 were involved in a collision a few hours ago, luckily right round the corner from WK. The VH crashed into the back of the BE. Video is available on the "HounslowHub" instagram page. According to a comment on there, the 235 had been stopped for a while at that stop because of an argument between the driver and a passenger. It's unclear whether this was related to the accident. Doesn't help with the road being a lot narrower now because of the bike lanes so if it was really sat there for 40 mins I'm sure that would have been causing a tailback and overtaking is very hard at the best of times for buses

Pity anyone on the H91 this evening, sheer chaos. Taken one bus over 2 hours to get from Hammersmith to Chiswick Roundabout and over an hour of that alone was spent just getting from Turnham Green Church to Chiswick Roundabout which are only 3 stops apart with a fair part of that a bus lane too! At the time of typing there is just one bus heading in the Hammersmith direction and thats at Turnham Green and 10 buses towards Hounslow West between Windmill Road and Osterley Station (all of 8 stops!). As soon as the buses got over chiswick roundabout they was free and powered along in convoys of 3 or 4! That’s the tube strike for you. Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush was gridlocked. Massive gaps and bunching all over the place. My favourite turn I spotted was a 110 to North Sheen from Hammersmith.

Will all the VMHs have to be refurbished before they move to BT in January?

Will all the VMHs have to be refurbished before they move to BT in January? They've already been refurbished from its recent contract renewal. Most of the fleet was done by Tower Transit as it was who won the 13 tender and the rest by RATP once X came under their division. Hence why some of the VMHs have the RATP seat moquette.

Once they're at BT can we expect to see them straying on routes such as the H12, 79 and 340?

This means 18 of the 19 allocated BCEs for 125 are there BCE47146 still to move over to BT 125 Shouldn’t need any of the loaned buses any more, been a long haul for a contract that started back in January, so they can finally move to their intended routes (although some still need refurb). Looking forward, it is now just 8 weeks to loss of 142, 642 9 weeks to loss of 635 16 weeks to loss of H32, H91 Does anyone know which routes get displaced buses (except 203 by September 2023)?

Will all the VMHs have to be refurbished before they move to BT in January? I may have missed something, but I don’t recall anything official on the 13 moving anywhere,,,

Abellio better get a move on with getting the Electroliners into service (any news on when yet?) so the LTs can be released to the H32.

From what I could see the chargers looked like they were being install in TF today.

This is another forum myth that comes up time and time again thinking that when companies are taken over they will go to the expense of fitting new seating moquette. The same was suggested when stagecoach took over LI garage.

VH45250 BT > WK It's not looking GUD for the SPs there, if you get the reference. Quick check of LVF showing following SPs not been out for few days (or longer) SP 40165-168, 176, 184-186, 190, 191 and since the transfers to 125 this week, following haven’t been out yesterday or today SP 40169, 171, 173, 174, 180 time will tell, how many (if any of these) get used again
