You need a filter plugged into your phone socket and the wire from the router plugged into the filter

i now got it in the test socket it went off about 2 more times so got back onto o2 they changed the settings there end now its good but change your filter mate it maybe that thats what they told me to do

The exact same thing happens to be, please let me know if you find a solution BT dont seem to care!!!! You always seem to be having problems with BT. Has anyone got the upgraded broadband? Im thinking of switching to it but not too sure on it.

Im thinking of switching to it but not too sure on it. I upgraded to BT Infinity about 4 months ago, seem to get about 34G speed. Not had a single problem since. Even worked at home once and had no problem updating 12mb spreadsheets with multiple links Some websites are very fast, but others are noticeably slow (including this proboards one) but I assume it is the site at the other end as noticeably slower refresh always happens on specific sites but not others

It doesn't take for ever trying to post but with BT it does and it normally pops up 2 post instead of one.

I've had constant wireless disconnections with Virgin Media and its really annoying me. Been like it for 5 months and they have the cheek to blame our laptops!!
Why would our laptops connect to the network sometimes and then disconnect randomly!! Ive had 6 new routers from them and theyve done f'all.
Our laptops can connect absolutely fine to other networks
