national express poor service

hi all came up to London yesterday on the 032 national express service from Southampton at 15:30 at 15:15 they started to board the coach but said the driver was not there yet so at 16:00 the driver turns up so by now we had been sat on the coach 45 mins not going any where so we all thought we was going to go 30 mins down he sits around for 30 more mins going at 16:30 60 mins down and us passengers sat on the coach for 1hr 15mins we should have got into Victoria at 17:50 did not get in to 19:15 by now a lot of passenger have missed there coaches on to where ever they was going and to top it off there was not one apology for the late running to the service

Thats a real let down as National Express are normally quite good. Also Lucketts who operate the Southampton to London service won National Express coach contractor of the year last year, so maybe a email to National Express might be the best option.

i sent them a email not had one back yet its ratp yellow buses that run the 032 not Lucketts
