You're exactly right. Comedians are no longer allowed to tell blonde jokes or Irish jokes or mother-in-law jokes or jokes to do with religion or jokes to do with race just in case they offend someone. People are oh so quick to take offence at the slightest thing now and it simply sucks the fun out of everything Did Clarkson mean he would actually shoot strikers? Of coruse not. Taken in its proper context he was actually taking the pee out of the BBC's need to be impartial. But he's Clarkson, saying stupid stuff is what he does! Same thing with Frankie Boyle. BBC took him off Mock The Week cause his jokes were as I quote from the BBC "Vile". Exactly; but Frankie Boyle's jokes were not 'vile,' they were funny. Just because you find something funny doesn't mean you agree with what has been said

Has Clarkson gone too far this time, or are we becoming hyper-sensitive to his humour? The only answer to that are we definately have become far too hyper-sensitive to his humour. Fix up Britain

Fix up Britain WE haven't, but certain people have. There seems to be a certain section of society that has it in for Clarkson. Saying that everyone who goes to India gets the trots isn't in any way, shape or form, racist. It's a fact that a large number of foreign tourists do suffer with stomach problems I'm sure some people now watch anything Clarkson is on simply to find something to be offended about! Personally, I find those kinds of people offensive....

Indeed, I just though I'd pick that question out and answer it in the hope the humourless idiots residing in the world have it shoved down their throats.

He never fails though. I quote from the link.. "Writing in The Sun, the Top Gear presenter made fun of synchronised swimming as nothing more than "Chinese women in hats, upside down, in a bit of water". He added: "You can see that sort of thing on Morecambe Beach. For free." I wonder if its the same people that complained him on Top Gear as well as this.
