Hey all.
As some of you may heard that Jezza was on The One Show and he during the show he pointed out that "All strikers should be executed in front of their families for striking"
Honestly he does this all the time if you watch Top Gear that is. He made a joke about Truckers, Fat People, I could go on endless.
Some say that he should be sacked for making such a joke.

As I put on FB earlier: -
...can't believe 21,000+ people have complained about Jeremy Clarkson - 21,000+ people should get themselves a f**king life....

Just put this up on facebook myself after reading the endless stupidity put up there by the mindless idiots about his comments;
"OK, might cause some controversy with this but hear goes......those of you complaining about Clarksons comments....come on!!!! This is Jeremy Clarkson, he will always be outspoken!! How many of us have said something similar to that about the Tube drivers striking?? I'm sorry but if you don't like things he says, don't watch programs that he will be on!! If you do like him and get offended by what he said, take my mum. She's a Teaching Assistant in a school, she wasn't at work because of the strike yet she found his comment funny.....yes, a PUBLIC SECTOR worker found Clarksons comment funny. So, next time you get offended by someone's point of view, remember how yours make people feel"

Exactly, I mean some people are just softies and can't take a joke. If the BBC do sack him, could you imagine the amount of viewers they would lose due to it. This sort of thing happened before when he made a joke about Truckers murdering prostitutes on the motorway, although he got off more lightly then this one. I gather them 21K viewers are all Strikers and soft people.
He makes jokes continuously: for example, Top Gear being shown on Dave, Stig Jokes. But they are the jokes that some don't take notice off.

You can tell It was a joke, So obvious by the way he said it And Its Jeremy Clarkson.....He makes jokes out of events like these and I'd be willing to bet that most of the country had the same view as him. If he does get sacked, I can definitely see alot of outrage at it but then again I cant see it happening, Top Gear must be one of the BBC's most watched programs and would to be honest be shite without him! Thing that made me laugh is one of the Unions is looking at taking him to court over it and another holding a picket against him, Cant be doing a good job a fighting for what they want if they want to do something so pointless and pathetic! ;D

I doubt he would get sacked tbh. He has said many controversial things in the past, and managed to keep his job.

Top Gear must be one of the BBC's most watched programs and would to be honest be sh*te without him! Top Gear makes more money (in selling the rights world wide and merchandise) than it costs to make. (Thats what Clarkson said when on The Chris Moyles Show the other morning) and as you say would be poo without him. If the BBC sack him then they lose because at the moment he is making them more money that he is costing them in wages. Maybe all the wombles should think about that before they go on about how the licence fee pays his wages and therefore he should be sacked because they don't like him ect... (There are a lot of very anti BBC media organisations out there like some of the newspapers ect.)

It's like the Jerry Springer the Opera, Jonathan Ross thing all over again. How many of the people who complained actually watched the interview? I'm going to make an educated guess and say very few. It's probably a load of Daily Mail reading a*sewipes, and hand-wringing Guardian readers thinking they must complain because they're totally offended in principal without ever actually seeing the interview. If they did, they will see Clarkson initially say that he supports the strike (tongue in cheek of course!), but then saying 'as this is the BBC, we need to give a balanced opinion, so I think they should all be shot etc etc....'

Hey, I mentioned this yesterday and no one battered an eye lid ;D It's Vintage Jeremy Clarkson at his best and when I saw it, I roared with laughter. His apology was just as funny as he apolgised for calling sparrows 'boring' ;D. He won't be sacked and quite right he isn't too. Now as for the Union bosses, sacking them would be much more justified.

Like it has been mentioned many times already thats just who clarkson is, he does these things to make people laugh and be doesnt mean offence by it. I watch top gear all the time and am use to it. I mean recently he made a joke about richard hammond saying something about him being able to drive in a straight line with no incidents what so ever, after hammond almost lost his life in the 300mph jet car crash. I mean personally i find family guy more offensive but i havent heard of thousands complaining abkut them taking the mic out of religion, disabity, amongst others i wish not to mention.

Comedians are no longer allowed to tell blonde jokes or Irish jokes or mother-in-law jokes or jokes to do with religion or jokes to do with race just in case they offend someone. People are oh so quick to take offence at the slightest thing now and it simply sucks the fun out of everything Did Clarkson mean he would actually shoot strikers? Of coruse not. Taken in its proper context he was actually taking the pee out of the BBC's need to be impartial. But he's Clarkson, saying stupid stuff is what he does!

BBC took him off Mock The Week cause his jokes were as I quote from the BBC "Vile".
