That means Uno will be operating two route 653s!
Are there any other TfL contractors who operate two routes with the same number?

Around 20 years ago, First London operated two different R1 at the same time. The Orpington one and the Herts council one. Not at the same time but Metroline have operated two different versions of the 209, the double-deck, schoolday version of the H12 in the early 90s and then the current version when they took over Armchair. They also operated two different versions of the 305. The TfL one and the current Herts council one.

How does UNO manage to retain the 383 for seven years with just a 15 year Enviro 200? The rest of its allocation is okay but it’s just that 15 year old Enviro 200 dart how does that happen 😂

Is the spare not 46 (ex-192 WF Streetlite SN64CVA) in this case? The StreetLite is part of the 383 allocation. 605 was actually a refurb cover for 601-604 back in 2019-2020 but now because of the FMH extension it has been kept in the end.

UNO have apparently acquired DNH39115 off of Airsym, I'm not sure if sibling DNH39118 has been acquired as well.
Both were last with Airsym and both usually were just sitting there in their yard in Colnbrook most mornings I went past, and I'm pretty sure both were there last week.
I do remember once they loaned one to NPC for a school run and it was hilarious watching the people seeing a red bus in Slough and assuming it was an 81 (at that stage it was blindless). The driver was quite flustered to say the least.
Perhaps the 643's allocation?

I know the ones you are on about as I took pics of them from the road during the 81 running day

Perhaps the 643's allocation? Unlikely considering route 643 is on a full length contract, so I think it'd most likely get newer buses (for example, the DHs if they indeed are with UNO). This vehicle is likely for the JFS school routes despite them being on a diesel contract.

No-one knows if the others are to join it as of yet. ...and as per LVF the former DNH39118 operated the 699 this morning as 1477... ...have separately seen reported online 1476 as ex DNH39115

I saw it working the 692 several weeks ago, not tracking on iBus.

Latest I'm hearing from a reliable source, the school route 692 will be withdrawn entirely from the start of the new school term in September.
