This may or may not be of interest, but I have done a website about public transport in my local area. It's not finished by any means yet, but I feel there's enough to make you all aware of it. www.thurrocktransport.co.ukNow you know why I'm interested in this proposed 265 route that's apparently going to be run by First as a commercial route from Dagenham garage....

A new site which has (presumably) only just come about in the past week or so: onabus.comYou basically type in any London route number and a Google map is then generated, complete with a full list of all the bus stops served on that route (together with the names corresponding with the bus stop flags and iBus). Looks really good to me - additionally when I tested out route 269, not only did I get the normal Bromley North > Bexleyheath one, but I also got the Essex CC version (Thurrock > Brentwood). I'd definitely recommend having a look Edit: Doesn't seem like it's quite up to date - it suggests the N551 doesn't exist and that the N11 still goes to Wembley but a fantastic site nevertheless.

This website I have has nothing to do with buses or even transport so I'll understand if you remove it. I basically set this up for my kids to play safe online flash games that keep a high score, it also has chess which can be played over time when both players are not necessary online together. Feel free to wonder over and have a look/join of even play a few games, if you get your kids involved..... even better! ET2 Games www.enemyterritory2.comRegards EDIT: I should have mentioned the games are in the ARCADE section.

Ok I don't normally link to my own sites but thought I'd show off my pictures on Flickr. The images I took of the recent Open Day at Cricklewood Garage are here. And then there are the rest of my photos focusing on suburbs, parks, landmarks and the like (my main subjects since I stopped mainstream bus photography a few years back). - *Insert Coin* @ Flickr
