Routes 147/241 return to normal 1 April 2013

Victoria Dock Road E16 is to reopen on the 1st April. Route 541 will be withdrawn and routes 147 /241 will return to normal.

I wonder if in practice buses will actually return to normal from the 2nd ? I know usually changes take place on a Saturday so this is a bit unusal
Victoria Dock road will be single lane traffic light controlled until 2015 between Freemasons Road and Munday Road.

Any WH garage staff here shed any light on date for buses to return? will it be the 1st or 2nd?

keep replying to my own topic but hey! Victoria Dock is almost complete BUT the single lane looks extremely narrow! I wonder if they will do a test with a bus before opening the road
