123 diverted between Tottenham Hale and Bell corner due to Ferry Lane and Blackhorse Road closing. Gave the driver an excuse to bomb down the North Circular and boy, did he do just that. Never travelled that fast in a bus before.

Never travelled that fast in a bus before. The 230 is also on diversion which is going via the same way as the 123 between Tottenham Hale and Crooked Billet Roundabout via Watermead Way & North Circular Road and then following the 158 routing to Blackhorse Road Station.
I did do the 123 on that diversion today on DW469 which the driver did floor that on the North Circular and was nice to experience going on a bus that went over the flyovers which the 34 on that section don't do, that said Watermead Way was heavily congested with the displaced traffic from Forest Road and that already had a huge reliability impact on both the 123 & 230 especially now heading into the evening peak.

There was traffic building up at the end of Watermead Way when I got off at Tottenham Hale. And even worse traffic around TPL as the left turn from Green Lanes is now closed.

Tonight (8th October) the 303 seemed to be running direct via Grahame Park Way, missing out the various Meads stops, and 186 was running via Bunns Lane and Grahame Park Way direct to/from GP. Not sure why. to reply to myself ... 303 diverted along Grahame Park Way; 186 diverted between Peel Centre and Mill Hill direct via Grahame Park Way (missing all of G Park and Burnt Oak) and 204 diverted at Colindale Station via grahame Park Way and Woodcroft Avenue to Watling Avenue. Emergency utility works I believe.

Dulwich Common is closed between Lordship Lane and College Road.
P4 is diverted from the Grove along Lordship Lane, East Dulwich Grove to line of route at North Dulwich station, not serving Dulwich Village, College Road or Dulwich Common.
P13 is diverted towards Streatham from Melford Road, right Lordship Lane, left East Dulwich Road, left Dulwich Village, onto College Road, right onto Dulwich Common to line of route.
Towards New Cross Gate is the opposite but continues along Lordship Lane to Underhill Road, then line of route. In effect the route double backs on itself.

Are buses using the roundabout to turn around when heading towards Lordship Lane?

Driving on my way home I saw a 171 and 185 diverting via Adelaide Avenue and Brockley Road. I also saw a 75 and 202 diverting via Stondon Park. I wonder what's going on in Catford 🤔
EDIT: I also forgot to mention I saw a Woolwich bound 54 heading along Stondon Park too!

Part of Tottenham High Road is closer because of a car fire. The lane going towards Stoke Newington is severely affected. A lot of buses doing short journeys because of it.

The 452 is currently: - diverted to Westbourne Park instead of Kensal Rise (longer term) - diverted at Notting Hill Gate via Ladbroke Grove and Ladbroke Gardens due to water utility works - diverted towards Vauxhall at Knightsbridge via a double run of Hyde Park Corner due to gas works.
The northern end of the route is doing a massive tour of Notting Hill - best just call it quits and terminate at Notting Hill Gate.

With the lockdown being announced on Monday for the whole of November, I agree the 52 would be adequate.
