Shame none of these were preserved, especially VN1, trouble with the LEZ and now upcoming ULEZ that has stopped many people from the London area preserving these. IIRC this was one of the first double deckers purchased by Stagecoach London after buying LBL East London from LT in 1994.

Seen in Wellingborough on school duties,X639 LLX a Plaxton bodied Trident. Actually a Volvo B7TL rather than a Trident - it's ex-Metroline VPL139.

I didn't catch the full plate but an LJ05 VLA parked up in Åkeshov, Stockholm Sweden. I also saw an all red Optare Spectra, need to ID it when I drive by next.

Visited Clacton-on-Sea on Monday where Hedingham's fleet has seemingly has become an Metrobus and Go-Ahead London retirement home! Saw ex Metrobus 913 and 916 there, as well as two former 127 Scania's in 918 and 919. I also saw two of the original OmniCities formerly allocated to the X26, 542 and 544. Believe they are the last two left with 541 being written off in 2014 and 543/545 believed to be scrapped. To my surprise, I also saw PVL106 still going strong with Hedingham! Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a centre staircase bus still on the streets in 2020
