I have a quick query - hopefully someone on here can provide an answer
While taking some photos at Finsbury Park today two low floor deckers on schools work came past. One is ex Stagecoach V213 MEV (Trident ALX) and the other is W556 RWG (Trident / President) ex Lothian. The latter bus had legal lettering which I can just make out on the photo. It says "London Bus Group based at Tower Transit's Atlas Rd garage". I've never heard of this operator. Does such a firm exist and do they do schools service / private hires?

I've seen V213 MEV and a.n. other bus in the mornings heading up Seven Sisters Road towards the Amhurst Park turnoff - judging by the clientele the buses are on contract service to one or more of the Orthodox Jewish schools in Stamford Hill. Where they are bringing the kids in from I am not sure.

V213MEV is operated by "Yossi Potash Bus Transport Ltd" - here's a pic (not mine) of the legal lettering. From your pic it seems that the other bus is operated by another outfit. I always assumed they were both run by the same operator. The 2nd bus is often an ex-Metroline VPL, repainted orange and reregistered with a dateless reg, but I've seen the ex-Lothian one too. I usually see them parked outside a school on Stamford Hill in the afternoons, as well as running along Seven Sisters Road, but they do pop up in unexpected places as well.
