Former Abellio 9785 seen near Waterloo, West Yorkshire (not Central London!) now with a company called Coach Travel Services. It’s also now been reregistered ODZ 4910 Ironically, when it was in London, it would visit Waterloo on the 211 lol |

VLE40513, TA40317 & DPS30638/30668 have been scrapped by Sovereign Metals
DPS30724/30726/30727 have been returned to their lessor

Quite interesting to know as it's probably the first (if not the only) low floor London decker to have a gearbox change from one make to another. I can only surmise that something either happened to TP30's original gearbox or that Metroline purposely used the bus as a test bed for comparative trials[1]. If it's the latter then it's a pity London General didn't do the same with one or more of its euro2 engined PDL Tridents as I'd loved to have driven a ZF boxed euro2 Trident. [1] - highlighting a similar trial with a handful of B9TLs which were ordered with Voith gearboxes |
