I personally think towards Lewisham Station the First stop arrangement was poorly arranged and given little thought and consideration. The P4 goes right past stop "Lambeth Town Hall" so why not serve it as well would also very much help out the elderly as well.
Many times I've had to wait for the P4 at Brixton Station Stop
I'd much rather wait at stop Lambeth Town Hall where less people are likely to wait and simply because at the Legendary BS stop no one cares and pushes themselves onto the bus especially when there is a major gap in the service!
I don't see the sense in the P4 skipping out stop "Lambeth Town Hall" when it actually goes Right past it and also has the Bus Shelter Feature! Unlike the "Brixton Station" Busy Brixton Road where all the other passengers awaiting to go Via Coldharbour Lane wait for the 35 & 45.

There's very little demand for stopping at the Lambeth Town Hall stop unless you want the Town Hall itself. Most people who want the Fridge nightclub come from Brixton Tube Station and other routes. The bulk of the P4 passengers in Brixton either come from the shops or other buses so I doubt people will walk up to the town hall stops & the elderly certainly won't. The bus stops outside Morleys have not had shelters for years so that's nothing new.
