My part of NW10 is now very much a Metroline area. A couple of days ago, I saw an unfamiliar Metroline branded single decker type running OOS with a driver and another guy in a hi-vi sitting high up like an instructor does. However the bus had no L plates and no DUI sign on it. Would this have been route learning or vehicle testing? The bus was identical to those used on the 232 route - not currently used in the area I saw it.

It would most likely be a Metroline training bus as the MCVs that were used on routes 70 and 206 (before they went to First, now TT and Metroline) are now training buses.
