Its simple, if it have bars at the front which steers the front wheel/wheels, its a scooter. Scooters are not allowed on buses... I felt sorry for the lad in the wheelchair

This bloke in the wheelchair is a pain in the bum. He lives in North Finchley and stops in the middle of the road frequently to stop buses leaving, despite their being physically no space to be able to board the bus. It's a regular thing sadly.
All the drivers at WN, AD and AR all know him and his antics.

i look into red big bus book. it show clear that wheelchair is allowed to broad on the bus unless if no room or parent refused. Then explain the reason why to this wheelchair man. yes u right it is sad!!!
