Has the 171 ever turned at Brockley Cross before? Yes, I've seen this in New Cross before.

I'll have a stab at 269: - Bexleyheath Library - Blendon [How this works is beyond my understanding, but it's out there...] - Bexley [War Memorial] - Albany Park [Foots Cray Lane] - Sidcup Station - Chislehurst WM I dare say there's a couple more towards the Bromley end of the route that I have forgotten Re. Blendon - have seen this turn just the once (from Bromley, naturally!) Last stop is outside the Blue Anchor (sorry, can't get used to that pub being plain old Anchor!), runs dead to the Blendon Roundabout, goes all the way round the roundabout and back the way it came to pick up route at the Blue Anchor again

I had thought of it but can't recall the last time I saw a turn there! Thank you for pointing out how the Blendon turn works. I too have seen it just the once before and thought it was something like that, thanks! I have seen buses running light from Hurst Road (Sidcup end), down Penhill and up Blendon to enter service but I've not seen a bus actually make this turn!

Think I'll finish off the Brixton routes Route 2: Tulse Hill Station Brixton, Morval Road Brixton Station Stockwell Station Vauxhall Victoria Hyde Park Corner Marble Arch Route 3: South Croxted Road (for Gipsy Circus) Herne Hill Station (the Tridents had this so not sure if it still exists) Brixton, Morval Road Brixton Station Kennington Church Lambeth Bridge Whitehall, Horseguards Piccadilly Circus Route 35: Clapham Common Brixton Station Camberwell Road Elephant & Castle London Bridge Station Monument Route 37: Wandsworth Clapham Junction Clapham Common Brixton Station (ultra rare turn, might be unofficial) Herne Hil Station East Dulwich, Goose Green Peckham Rye Route 196: Vauxhall Stockwell Station Brixton Station Herne Hill (ultra rare turn, might be unofficial) Tulse Hill Station West Norwood Upper Norwood, All Saints Church Route 322: Brixton Station Herne Hill Station West Norwood (not 100% sure) Route 345: Camberwell Green Brixton, Police Station Stockwell Station Clapham Common Clapham Junction Battersea Bridge, South Side Route 355: Balham Tooting Broadway Mitcham, Fair Green Route 415: Brixton Station Route 432: Brixton, Morval Road Tulse Hill Station Norwood Garage Crystal Palace Route P4: some of these I'm unsure of Brixton, Police Station Loughborough Junction (ultra rare turn, might be unofficial) Honor Oak Park Brockley Ladywell Route P5: Stockwell Station Brixton Station Camberwell New Road Dulwich Village and Forest Hill are also turns on P4. In addition to that the official turning point is "Brockley Rise", it is not named Honor Oak Park, blinds and iBus State 'Brockley Rise' There is no turn on the P4 named Brockley it is Brockley Rise. Loughborough Junction turns are not rare they are fairly common along with Dulwich Village, turns on the P4 mainly happen these days when severe delays occur, but imo it needs double deckers. Forest Hill is probably the rarest turn on the P4, I've only ever seen it when there are severe delays, I've seen it used at both ends of the route. Also mentioned in my post above I forgot to mention one Ladywell Brockley Rise Forest Hill Dulwich Village Loughborough Junction Brixton, Police Station I forgot about Dulwich Village turns and when I said Brockley, I was referring to Brockley Rise - I was in a rush when I was doing the P4 turns. For me, Loughborough Junctions are very rare - I've seen plenty of the other turns except Forest Hill and I've also seen P4's blinded for Dulwich, Horniman Musuem. I knew that turns happening on the route were mainly due to delays at either end of the route lol.

Maybe it was Forest Hill then as your right in that the museum is in Forest Hill - I know for definite that I saw the Horniman Museum on the blinds lol.
