I'd have to pick one of the E- KYN batch of Scania N112/ East Lancashire Grey Green used on the 179 (and later) 275.
They were absolutely gorgeous buses, were good comfortable vehicles with a very distinct smell to them.

Hmm...so many buses to choose from! If I had to, I'd pick one of these (or all, mwahaha): - 9002, 9017 or 9070 Abellio's loudest B7TLs - 9754 Ex-Connex Trident, 51-reg - WVL171 I would take any 05-reg London General B7TL, but I like this number - WVL241 London Central B7TL, 06-reg - SP102 London United's SPs have grown on my. This this bus looks pretty good with its interior refurb and exterior paint job - TA204 A loud (now former) London United Trident, 51-reg - TA315 Another loud LU Trident, 03-reg - DE19 An E200 with a constant cooling fan. Ex-HH currently at TV. - TE1076 The only batch of E400s I'd be willing to take is the batch from either HT or W. - Any 05-reg Arriva DW or 53/04/55-plate VLA Preferably the former. - Any 59-reg London Central B9TL If you drive one fast enough, the cooling fan will come on - Any 51/02-reg LU DPS - Any 55/06-reg Selkent Trident These machines are beastly! - Any Tower Transit SWB VNW My 3rd favourite batch of Voith B7TLs. Lovely sounding, and well maintained.

LS431 in refurbished H37 style. Is that the one with black headlight casing? I reckon the black headlight casing made the National look more stylish than with the traditional Crome casing. Definitely looked good in the LU livery.

IIRC they always smelt damp inside.

There was one of the N112s in sales stock after being withdrawn by Arriva years after leaving London- still had red poles and still smelled of damp

Below the windscreen it just looks terrible, for the era it came out in, you would think it was an old E reg, not prefix E reg of 87/88

DLA156, still blinded for the W3 and as quick as ever A Metroline TP such as the one featured on Top Gear magazine Chris Evans is already struggling for content - it's gonna crash and burn next year, lol The less shabby of the DWs on the 258 at the moment, MDL1 as it's unique to London, MBK1 as it shows TfL what proper blinds look like We can stop destroying Amazon Kindle Fires and fiddling with expensive E Paper blinds that still don't work And I think this weekend we're going to need this If the Daily Express is correct
