DW409 on the 123 had 41 on the side blind Ever since AR got more of those manual blinded 400 series DW's from E last year, blind problems on the 41 & 123 have gotten a lot worse with the blinds showing on blank, wrong routes etc... and it is more obvious with an increased number or manual blinded buses and also with most of their 500 series DW's at AR had left for EC around that time, though thankfully the blinds on AR buses with the power blinds isn't a big problem in comparison to their manual blinded buses.

No the powerblinds are much much better

Incorrect blinds are like a signature feature of Arriva buses. In Croydon it's 194 via Mitcham and 264 via Shirley and the 157 blinds look like they're struggling to stay in place!

It's one of the drawbacks of manual or roller blinds - the mechanism sometimes can seize up leading to them becoming incredibly difficult to move although I'm not suggesting every Arriva bus has that particular problem otherwise the maintenance department should need a word with them. I've tried a few manual blinds before on garage visits (permitted by staff I should say) and they can be irritating to turn particularly the ex Omnitowns that were with Metrobus where the handle for the blinds is not in a great position at all

Saw WVL426 on the D7 towards Poplar this morning, with the number blinds showing "D8" - haven't seen this blind on a GAL bus for ages! The destination blind was right though.

BCE in Hendon was on the 183 with blank front blinds. A little bit down the road another BCE driver was trying to set the front blinds, possibly similar issues?

TE1084: Front blind says Enfield, side blind says Enfield Chase and the Ibus says Enfield Town. Very confusing indeed
