You see good things can happen when people work together. Thank goodness for those people who lift that bus.

I imagine there were quite a few other people that were just as tearfully emotional as that woman sounded, especially after the unicyclist was freed. I experienced something 'remotely' similar where a Q Titan (45A or 345) was a non starter at the Howie Street bus stand in Battersea. A controller and i managed to push the bus a few feet along whilst the third driver made effort in the cab to keep the bus straight. I remember saying to the controller that we will not be able to push this where he replied that the bus is not as heavy as it looks as it is mainly hollow inside, which I never took into consideration at that exact moment. The bus wasn't that easy to push mind you as it took quite a bit of muscle and time as we were initially trying to 'rock' it forwards. Also the road was level gradient, not to mention that this 'ol skool' bus (and others alike) are generally heavier than today's deckers. The controller also jokingly told the third driver to go in the cab because he was deemed physically the weakest between the three of us. lol Back to the Walthamstow situation, I imagined that the strength everyone put in to moving the bus is partially created from that inner strength generated from anxiety, not much different from when David Banner becomes the Incredible Hulk.

How much does a Q Titan and Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B9TL in tonnes weigh?

This beggars belief! Not with standing that drivers are under undue pressure from jaywalkers and lycra louts......... I can't write what I really feel like writing.

I don't know their weights but I assume that modern buses are generally lighter than buses built in the 70's and 80's.
