So do you think that TfL have will have any plans to reviewing and revising the routes around and connected to Hammersmith Bridge and surrounding areas?

Possibly if the 533 needs more resource as till next year it's the only real way to cross the river to Hammersmith.

One thing they seem to have overlooked is where the nice cgied bridge lands, there are properties that will need to be compulsory purchased and demolished. Bet that is not included in the headline price.

Well, the Walton 'Baley' bridge lasted until quite recently

Bet that is not included in the headline price. Looking on a map no buildings would need to be demolished. On the Hammersmith side part of Lower Mall would need to be closed and the connecting road but no properties would be lost, especially if its just for cars/buses with pedestrians shifted to the existing bridge.

Hammersmith Bridge, was a Favourite IRA target and has been weak since 1991. What, would the repair cost of the bridge if it was repaired 29 yrs ago?

Yes its a shame in 1992 rather then converting the routes to SD, a few million had been spent on totally re furbing and strengthening it as was assumed was going to be done in 2016 hence the 72 award with DDs.

The 533 is getting a daily frequency increase from 12 December.
Buses will run every 10 minutes during Monday to Friday morning and afternoon peaks (currently every 12 minutes).
Daytime frequency will increase to every 12 minutes, 7 days a week (currently every 15 minutes).
Evening frequency will remain at every 15 minutes.

I think the day 33 should follow its night counterpart though. Maybe with a school day variation up to Castlenau for the school. Could be "decked" as well.

What a farce this is, it took 2 yrs for the Italians to replace that Genoa bridge and good old UK are still arguing about the price since 1991 when DDs were banned. All that money wasted on cycle lanes, Boris Buses, Airport, Garden bridge eh...🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
