I am looking forward to this and seeing what TfL's Plan is for!

From what I heard "better links to Whipps Cross hospital" so perhaps an extension of the 101 or 357 - or the restoration of the W12s pre mini Holland frequency (3bph rather than 2) Pretty sure it will be the latter. That would certainly make sense although a 357 extension would be nice in a more generous financial environment!

It is planned to launch consultations on bus service changes in Alperton, Brent Cross, Havering, Tooting, Wanstead and Wembley during 2023. Very interested to see what is proposed! Are these linked to the 1M miles that was proposed when the ULEZ extends this summer? Believe so

They also said they’ll be increasing a number of routes frequency. Indeed, I hear H28 is the first of these, presumably from 3bph to 4bph

Let's have a look at what these might be based off info we know already: Alperton: not sure about this Brent Cross: 316 extended to West station, other routes were mentioned before (143) but presumably some other restructures too Havering: guess this is the 165/365 swap mentioned a few years ago and general enhancements to buses serving Beam Park/Rainham and Harold Hill - interesting to see what's floated here Tooting: guessing the 315 extension to Springfield Wanstead: better links to Whips Cross hospital have been mentioned Wembley: not heard anything about this but guess involves new housing developments

Sometimes these consultations are very underwhelming, I can’t imagine what they have got planned for Wanstead. From what I heard "better links to Whipps Cross hospital" so perhaps an extension of the 101 or 357 - or the restoration of the W12s pre mini Holland frequency (3bph rather than 2) I am struggling to remember, but think the W12 was cut back before the mini-helland nonsense. It could have been down to the start of constant roadworks along the route. The route at 30 minutes was no longer an option imo, and never used the route again after it went to 30 minutes. What peeed me off TfL could spend millions on nonsense of poo, but could not be bothered to put a few thousand in the route. Numbers of passengers also tailed off massively after the frequency cut.

Are these linked to the 1M miles that was proposed when the ULEZ extends this summer? It is a joke. They have cut more than 30 million miles over the past few years. Then to say they are introducing 1 million this year is a joke. They have already had a lot of miles cut for this year already. VERY misleading spin from TfL (Taking f###in Liberties)

I've heard that 83 is planned for an extension to Stonebridge Park linking the development to Wembley, but I believe that 79 is a better option to extend. Also 224 and 440 I believe are planned for frequency increases.

One of the 143/326 is also planned for extending. 232 I believe is planned to be split into two routes, it was mentioned that Brent Cross West would linked from the East, which makes me convinced that 232 is involved plus we still don't know if the route has had a two year extension or not as it doesn't appear in the 2024/25 tendering programme nor does the 214. Something is also planned for the Haringey Heartlands development where it will have a bus service introduced there.

Wasn't there a proposal that involved the 102 and 144 swapping routings. Also Meridian Water was going to have a consultation aswell.

There are no plans to swap the 102 and the 144 routings, The Haringey proposal for the Heartland development will involve a route routing via it something I'm predicting the 603 will be involved by restructuring into a full time route and extending it east to Wood Green being the route is up for tender soon. As for Meridian Water, a review of the area took place last month with a development paper expecting to be published later this year. I haven't heard anything regarding a consultation for the area though the 2024/2025 program has all the routes that's been suggested for serving the development such as the W8, 34, 444, 341 etc can potentially mean it's possible a consultation will come out for the tendered routes.

From what I seen being suggested, it may involve merging the 347 and the 497 into one route.

They also said they’ll be increasing a number of routes frequency. Indeed, I hear H28 is the first of these, presumably from 3bph to 4bph If the H28 is to receive a frequency increase that would be very welcome. At present the x20min frequency probably puts off a lot of users who could walk to frequent bus services on one of the main corridors into Hounslow in the time it takes to wait for an H28. At the far eastern end of the route the Boulder Academy has generated a lot of school traffic and there are now extra morning and afternoon school day only journeys to make 4bph in the peak flow direction.

Are these linked to the 1M miles that was proposed when the ULEZ extends this summer? Believe so Even the 315 proposal? I mean, the extension of the ULEZ really should have little affect on any proposed extension from Balham westwards given the extension massively affects Outer London which the 315 has no part of it's routing in at all.

There was also talk of upping the frequency to every 20 mins to attract more passengers to the 497.
