But the 316 also requires double deckers so that’s a bad idea. Does it? TfL thinks otherwise apart from Carnival extras. They are banned thou from the route unfortunately otherwise I think it would go DD now especially after other busy SDs routes have converted recently like the 80, 200, 203 and next year the 289.

The difference is - there's no resident objections on those routes. Unfortunately, there are some on Royal Crescent (apparently they didn't want both local routes decked, so 295 (a much better candidate for decking) was decked) so that hinders the chances 316 goes decker. I do think you could get away with diverting 295 away though, although I will make a post on that on another thread.

I have been on a 91 terminated at Aldwych, the (GAL) driver took us round the eastern arm to terminate outside Bush House. Back to the scheme: I support the proposal, the 91 extension might even support local trips on the 41 and W3 from Crouch End - Wood Green? The 91 will definitely relieve the W3 as it will share a common stop with it in Wood Green. I'm not sure of how significant the relief in congestion will be though, considering most of the punters in the Hornsey area use the W3 as a shuttle to Finsbury Park Station. The extended 91 will certainly be the route of choice for travel between Crouch End and Wood Green. The W3 is indirect and doesn't serve the main part of Crouch End. I reckon most people who currently need to do Crouch End - Wood Green would take a 41 then walk from / change buses at Turnpike Lane.
I agree the biggest flows on the W3 (at least at this end of the route) are to/from Finsbury Park so loadings on the route shouldn't be particularly affected. The 41 will probably lose a bit of custom to the 91, but again the flows to/from Archway and Turnpike Lane stations are the main factors on that route.

It's unfortunate the route 123 is not routed on Lordship Lane via Wood Green as a lost opportunity. This would have established a high travel corridor from one of the busiest in North London between Tottenham High Road and Wood Green, travelling at a combined frequency of 13.5 bph. To this day, I couldn't understand why the 123 had to route via Turnpike Lane before reaching Wood Green. The 123 running via Turnpike Lane is a legacy of the days when the route continued to Winchmore Hill and Enfield. Not my area, but if a round the corner link from Westbury Avenue is still required, then perhaps extending a less frequent route like the 231 might work. I remember the days when the 123 went to Winchmore Hill

I'll give my take on this 123 not keen on this. Westbury Avenue will have no links to Wood Green as others mentioned.
No comment on the 232
The 91 extension is interesting but I do wonder whether they could have rerouted the 144 instead. Wood Green High Road also loses quite a few routes both in the day and night

91 proposal I believe is good. 232 I can't comment on. As for the 123, I think it's an incovenence to the manay users who pick up and alight from the 123 along Wood Green High Road... Andy many do! During shopping hours the 123 is carrying a decent load prior to arrival at Turnpike Lane head south from Wood Green station.
I would have gone the other way, which is to extend the 123 to the Heartlands project. If standing space to fit the 91 is an issue, an extension to the Heartlands solves this. As well as providing a better east-west connection to the Heartlands area and the bottom of Alexandra Park.

Surely the simplest solution would be to leave the 232 alone and divert the 112 away from Madeley Road back onto its old routing and deck it instead. Would Madeley Road gain another route in its place?

This may be new but saw the consultation notices at bus stops but they were in the form of a triangle wrap-around boards that you often see used for temp parking restriction notices. Quite like them as they stand out. Oddly the same stops also have the timetable leaflet too.

I think only way to fix the overcrowding on the 232 is to have E200EV on the route that a few have be on before to replace the streetlights

Well this is about as local as it gets for me.
91/N91 - yes please, the 91 has always seemed the obvious route to extend to Heartlands, and has been the aspiration ever since the earliest stage of the project (even before someone came up with that tacky name). Having said that I'm surprised it's actually happening in the current financial climate. Yes it is a fairly big development (and has probably provided some Section 106 cash) but it isn't huge, yet it is getting a high-frequency link to central London including a night route. I was expecting something underwhelming like a diversion of one of the lesser routes in the area, like the 232, but no more than that.
232 - busier than it used to be, but still one of the less busy routes on the High Road, so probably the least worst route to remove. The proposed stops on Mayes Road are not too far from the rear entrance to the Mall so could be useful.
123 - the biggest gripe here is the loss of the round-the-corner link between Westbury Avenue and the High Road. Reading some of the comments on here I think people are too fixated on long-distance links and forget that a large proportion of bus trips are short hops, and that these local links are a vital part of the network. Westbury Avenue is a densely-populated area that always generates a lot of custom for buses. That said, the area has changed a lot lately, with a generally younger population, so maybe this particular link is not as well-used as it once was.
I can't agree with suggestions to divert the 123 via Wood Green to TPL. This would deprive Westbury Avenue of its only link to Tottenham, as well as greatly increasing journey times for people who use the 123 to/from TPL (and there are a lot of those!). Plus it would only be duplicating sections that are already well-served by the 243 and 144.
The other concern would be whether TPL can actually handle the 123 terminating there. The bus station is already too tight for the number of terminating routes, and the 123 is (slightly) more frequent than the 232 which is moving out. I won't be surprised if something gets formally moved out to the West Green Road stand at some point.
91 - good news, terminating at Crouch End made no sense, stopping short of obvious traffic destinations. N91 - not sure about diversion via Heartlands given that the loss of service via Turnpike Lane results in lots of broken connections, especially as this is meant to be the nightbus equivalent of the Piccadilly line. 232 - is this really the best route to serve Heartlands? Apart from short trips to Wood Green Station wouldn’t the new residents prefer a direct route into the High Road rather than something that heads northwards? Perhaps something from the south that currently terminates at Wood Green would be better?
