I think Go Coach only do certain journeys not the entire day Ah, that makes sense. I wondered why the timetable was so sparse- the Arriva one had been a bit more extensive. I'm glad they're taking the fight to Arriva, but I hope they don't expand to quickly as this has often led in the past to a loss of quality and reputation.

Yeah, I hope they don't expand too quickly as well. SM Coaches in Harlow have had problems recently where they have expanded too fast.

From 8th May Go Coach are extending their Route 421 from Swanley to Dartford via Arriva's 423 route due to Arriva stopping the Swanley to Dartford section of the 423 and will be extended to the south from Sevenoaks to Sevenoaks Weald. This will bring into existence a through link from Dartford to Sevenoaks which hasn't existed in recent years. The Swanley to Dartford section will be hourly. Information got from Go-Coach's Facebook site.

Nice pics! That is one thing I loved about the 1990s, there were soo many smaller operators rather than just 4-5 mega internationally owned companies. Centra Buses Mitcham Belle Kentish Bus London & Country London Links Metrobus (before Go Ahead) Westlink London United Cowie Arriva London Central London General Capital Citybus Ensign Bus Townlink Boroline MTL London Tellings Golden Miller Connex (not independant, but nice livery and now gone operator) Capital Logistics Blue Triangle Grey Green Orpington Buses and many other localised town operators. At least we have Quality Line, which as far as I know is independant? There is a serious lack of real competition now. The large companies pretty much stick to their patch & for many routes in London there are only one or two bidders for the route. It has all become far to cosy

The other 2 are currently run out of Arriva's Tunbridge Wells depot. And you're right, New Enterprise is part of Arriva

Go Coach have officially moved from Knockholt to their new depot in Otford. The last bus duty to leave was P327 HVX but S519 KFL popped into the former yard this afternoon to drop a member of staff off, it then left again presumably to Otford

Go Coach are to aquire Abellio V324 KGW TA24 soon. The bus currently needs a new engine so will eventually be towed out to get a new one, be repainted and enter the Go fleet.

That explains why 9724 was delicenced ahead of some unrefurbished V reg Tridents. Do you know if the new engine will be a euro2 unit from ADL's refurbished engine stock or a new euro5 engine....Cummin or otherwise?

Will be interesting to see a post euro2 engine working with the old type ZF box which torque breaks in second gear instead of first.
