So that's about 19 LTs from the 48 (2 will go to the 55) plus 4 from the 253 leaves the 19 a bit short. Will a freq reduction be on the cards as let's face it most the route,m most of the day/week has spare capacity. Maybe a drop to every 10 mins with extra peak from F Park to maybe Holborn if needed.

I think a frequency cut is probably on the cards for the 19 and deservedly so. However, there is another Angel-Hyde Park Corner route which is a better candidate for a frequency cut. Even though they’re only .7m longer, the LTs will have more capacity to help compensate for the cut. If at first you don’t succeed, cut and cut until the frequency is annoyingly low.

It's been reported that the 19 will initially be a mixed¹ operation from the estimated date of October 19th until April 2020, where by then more LTs will be available to complete conversion.
¹ - predominantly LTs

So what happens that month to release some, a route shortening, an electric conversion, a < insert a suggestion >

So all the ones off the 48 less whatever is needed for the 55, any spare from the 253/254/159 reductions that are not needed for the 67 and 415. Come April 2020 is interesting thou Arriva will probably only be about 5 short if not less.

So just to be clear is the 67 getting the rest of its allocation from the 253/254 cut and all the 48 LT's are moving to the 19?

I'm glad a high profile route is getting the LTs thou as in many ways the LTs still give a key central route some pride.
