Extend the H12 from South Harrow Station to Wembley Central via Northolt Road, Roxeth Hill, Sudbury Hill, Harrow Road, Chaplin Road and Ealing Road. To link Wembley with South Harrow.

My suggestions
W3 extend from Northumberland Park via Angel Road and to Lea Valley Leisure Complex
102 rerouted from Silver Street via Montagu Road, Bounces Road, and Hertford Road to create extra support/capacity over existing routes and provide a night service to previously unserved areas
76 to Tottenham Hale

Extend the 92 from Ealing Hospital to Brentford County Court via Uxbridge Road, Boston Road, Boston Gardens, Boston Manor Road, Half Acre, High Street and Alexandra Road.
Extend the H32 from Southall Town Hall to Hayes By-Pass via Uxbridge Road, Southall High Street, The Broadway and Uxbridge Road.
Extend the 12 from Oxford Circus to Notting Hill Gate via Oxford Street and Bayswater Road.

111 Extended to Heathrow T5 in the late evenings and early mornings via the N9 Route.

Reroute one of B11 or B16 to run via Woolwich Road and Long Lane to Bexleyheath Garage, to add a second service to the current 401 in Woolwich Road.
Extend the 401 from Bexleyheath along Watling Street to Crayford to accompany the 96.

Here's another one I was thinking about the other day: 241 extended from Stratford City to Stratford International. Would provide a bus link between Stratford bus station and Stratford International, as well as linking all three main points in Stratford together (Stratford Bus Station, Stratford City, Stratford International). Extension would add roughly two minutes to running time. Would also be marginally cheaper than using the DLR, albeit slower, and easier for those with accessibility issues. The Stratford bus station to Stratford International link will be provided by the diverted 308 in a couple of weeks time albeit only in one direction in terms of serving the bus station. That same weakness would apply to the 241 too given the gyratory layout in Stratford. I have yet to see anyone remain on a D8 to Stratford International so the extension is pretty pointless. The 97 does set down / pick up at Stratford International though - workmen from the East Village, people heading to / from the SE / DLR stations and into / from that end of Westfield. I expect the 308 may well have patronage to / from Stratford International as it serves areas either side of the park.

Again, it's flouting the 10 minute mark but extend one of the 109, 118 or 250 to Vauxhall Bus Station. This will help out the 2 between Brixton & Vauxhall which is very busy and also the 88 which is busy along the Stockwell to Vauxhall section.
According to londonbusroutes.net, it takes approx. 15 minutes

Breaking the 10 minute mark by a bit, I'd extend the 375 to Debden Station to give which I feel would be a useful link and gives the 375 a worthy purpose. The 575 timetable has it as taking 16 minutes from Passingford Bridge - Debden.

Possibly at the limit of Mr Edd's 10 minute timing but extend the W12 from Wanstead to Wanstead Golf Club via The Green, Redbridge Lane West, Warren Road, Overton Drive and St Mary's Av.
It's debateable whether the W12 should do this loop and then terminate at its existing stop in Wanstead or just run on to the Golf Club and stand nearby. While this would give a lowish frequency link to an unserved area it is a residential area with a lot of cars so I expect the "no buses on our streets" squad might spring into action. This is partly why I'm suggesting a 1 way loop working to avoid buses meeting each other on narrowish roads. The narrow Solos though would help in getting down the roads. Would require 1 extra bus given the W12 has a pretty tight schedule already.

Another one from me
Extend the 197 to South Croydon Garage via High Street, South Croydon & Brighton Road. This would allow the 312/412 merger to go ahead without the loss of a east to west route across Croydon from South Norwood, Woodside & Lower Addiscombe. It would also release some stand space on Katherine Street.
This would add around 10 minutes to journey times.
NB: I'm not advocating to extend the route just to release some stand space, it's just a consequence of extending the 197
