Partly prompted by discussions elsewhere about the 388 I'd extend it over Blackfriars Bridge, Blackfriars Rd, The Cut, Waterloo Rd to terminate on the 77's stand. This gives a bus service to the Cut and a faster way into the City than the slog via Aldwych and Fleet Street. It would probably need 2 buses. The Waterloo arrangement is so that the tube and NR station are served directly.

Extend route 1 to Oxford Circus via Oxford Street (that's if there's stand space there). At least two extra buses would be required increasing the PVR from 16 to 18. This would also provide a link between Canada Water/Surrey Quays and Oxford Circus without people having to change at Elephant & Castle to wait for 12, 53 or 453.
N1 could also be extended to Oxford Circus aswell but as the route is already long enough, it would be better for it to stay at TCR.

Extend the 172 to Forest Hill via the 122 route. It will terminate on Perry Vale (Church Vale, Stop H), turn onto Church Vale then park at the bus stand on Westbourne Drive, where it can then turn to go back to St. Paul's.
It will make it easier for people to travel from New Cross/Brockley to Forest Hill with out having to wait for the 122. It'll also offer a cheaper route there, rather than having to get a train.

64 to Streatham via the A23. PVR increased to 16. Frequency reduced to every 10 minutes. Also, N64 should too be extended to Streatham as it would provide more night links to Croydon which are needed. PVR should be increased to 4. Consequently, 109's PVR should be increased to 27 with this extension in hand as well.
N19 to Streatham, St. Leonards Chruch

Extend the N19 to Streatham Station.

Only bit I don't agree with is a PVR increase for the 109 - personally I'd wouldn't but other than that, completely agree.

Ridcoulous IMO, why does Streatham need more night links into Croydon. There is already a 20 minute link? Thats enough. Anyway, why is Streatham so special? If Streatham night services get an increase then the N68 should get a frequency increase

Cut the Westminster to Whitehall section of the 53 and extend it to Victoria Station. Helps out the 148 between E&C and Victoria, a very overcrowded section. Stand space at Victoria is at a premium at the moment, but it may be possible in future!

Ridcoulous IMO, why does Streatham need more night links into Croydon. There is already a 20 minute link? Thats enough. Anyway, why is Streatham so special? It is one of the GLA's major centres, which with Brixton and Tooting are the only ones on the A23 and A24 corridors between central London and Croydon and Sutton. So it has a large catchment as a shopping and entertainment destination. This includes a fast growing nightlife scene with high end restaurants and bars, as well as the only ice rink in south London and the only multiplex cinema within the area bounded by Croydon, Wimbledon, Brixton, Peckham, Bromley, and Thornton Heath. Streatham also provides useful connections from Croydon to other night routes including the N133 to the city, N137 to Clapham and west London. It is also a big residential area that provides a lot of commuters into Croydon that would use night services as well as being a major employer in its own right, including a railway depot that obviously uses night workers. For my extensions: 50 from Stockwell to Vauxhall - the current terminus is as good as the middle of nowhere unless it is somewhere you specifically want to go, while Vauxhall provides numerous useful connections into central and south west London. 60 from Streatham Station to Streatham Hill Station - discussed many times on here, but it terminates short of central Streatham and its amenities. With the 255 extension finally happening the stand above the station. 249 from Anerley to Elmer's End - there is no route currently making this link, and would provide a connection to tram and train services. I would also change the terminus from Clapham Common to Clapham Junction which though a round the corner link anyway, I would reroute it from Clapham South via the Avenue. 333 from Tooting Broadway to St George's Hospital - although the local hospital that services Streatham, there is no bus service to it from central Streatham or Streatham Hill. 417 from Crystal Palace to Penge - there are no buses crossing east to west through Crystal Palace and this would give Penge a useful link into south west London. I am not sure I consider Clapham Junction to Streatham as being round the corner, but I completely agree with the suggestions of extending the N19 over the 319. This is the most needed to any extension in my opinion, with a large area of south London without any access to a night bus. Although I am sure it can be done in 10 minutes as I once caught a 319 from Sloane Square to Streatham that did it in under 20 minutes, although that was at 6:15am on a Sunday morning when it was still a single decker route.
