131 to St George's Hospital If it weren't for the continuous heavy traffic northbound on high street Colliers Wood I would say that extending the 470 into the hospital complex would be better, leaving the busy 131 to continue serving Tooting Broadway. In any case 131 (and 57) passengers can simply alight at Tooting High Street (just after the Blackshaw Road stop) for St Georges, barely a three minute walk.

Route 135 extended to Blackwall Station (from Crossharbour) via Marsh Wall and Aspen Way.

I don't see the need for Clapham Park having a second night route - personally, it would be fine to terminate it at Brixton garage. My own personal choice though would be to convert the 319 to a 24 hour route but an N19 would be good enough too.

106 back to the main part of Whitechapel rather than the backstreets and a possible extension to holloway and reduce the pvr on the 254. Or even scrap the 254 and increase the pvr on the 253 and 106 runs aldgate to holloway

It would be such a short and simple extension from Telford Avenue I would not be opposed to it, I just do not see any reason for it. Also it would be a third route after the 57 and N137, which already goes to Sloane Square. Any new nigh route for Clapham Park should be to Brixton. Maybe even by rerouting one of the Streatham to Brixton routes via Streatham Place Kings Road, and Acre Lane instead of using Brixton Hill. It should not significantly extend journey times at nights, but will connect those parts of Brixton that use the 45 and 355 with the town centre as they have no night link. Between the N109, N133, N159, and 250 it should be possible to provide a half hourly service while still leaving Brixton Hill well served.

A bit longer than Mr Edd's parameters but route 234 extended to Highgate Village, then down Highgate Hill and right along Hornsey Lane and down to Crouch End Broadway to terminate where the 91 stops. Avoids the drag to Archway and then changing buses there.

This isn't really "round-the-corner", but I'd go ahead with the original 129 extension to Peckham but re-route to go towards Surrey Quays Shopping Centre via the 188 route, then from there the bus would do a loop via the 225 route back in the other direction to head towards New Cross. From Pagnell Street the route would then turn on to New Cross Road, Amersham Vale, Parkfield Road, Lewisham Way, then back onto New Cross Road again (heading westbound) to run towards Peckham Bus Station via the 136/177 route. I think that this would offer more buses in the NX (residential) area as the 225 always gets trapped in traffic when turning at Goldsmiths to serve the Marquis Of Granby stop on NX Road meaning that there are crowds on buses. It will also help take people from SQ Shopping Centre back home.

Would love to see the 395 going Northwick Park Hospital, but I'd prefer to see the route extend from Greenford to Perivale, Medway Parade via Greenford Road, the A40 and Perivale Tesco. This would be a useful link and an extra 10-12 minutes added to the journey. PVR raised to 5.

- How about extending the 254 via the proposed 263 extension from Holloway to Highbury Barn? - Possible extension of the 141 to Palmers Green Station maybe?

- How about extending the 254 via the proposed 263 extension from Holloway to Highbury Barn? - Possible extension of the 141 to Palmers Green Station maybe? Extending the 254 would overbus the Holloway Rd section as the frequency is so high. It would also be comparatively expensive. As the 263 has a fairly long overlap with the 43 it may well give people only wanting Highbury station the option to go for the 263 in preference to the 43 thus making more space for longer distance passengers. This assumes some logic on the part of passengers that may not exist! I think that the 263 extension is related to a recent QI 2 year extension to the 263's contract where TfL have some bargaining power to squeeze extra value for money from the operator. You often see such enhancements occur when contract extensions are granted. I think I'd rather see the 125 extended down to Palmers Green garage or down to Edmonton Cambridge via Hedge Lane to relieve part of the W6. Again lower frequency than the 141 and possibly a bit cheaper to do although the extension lengths differ somewhat.

Extend the 205 from Paddington to Lancaster Gate via Westbourne Terrace, Sussex Gardens and Westbourne Street to provide Lancaster Gate a direct link to Islington Angel.

Extend the 205 from Paddington to Lancaster Gate via Westbourne Terrace, Sussex Gardens and Westbourne Street to provide Lancaster Gate a direct link to Islington Angel. Route 205 has reached its maximum potential, in terms of reliability! If a connection was to be made, it would be more appropriate if Route 274 extends to Paddington, but I would actually extend Route 274 to Kensington High Street via Queensway and Church Street.
