A lot of enviros on recently any reason why? The 34 at the beginning of the month, with other routes In North London we're subject to garage re-allocations as a result of the closure of LV. The majority of the previously allocated DLA's for the 34 have been re-allocated to routes 125,629 & 657. Whilst in return the 34 has retained a few of it's former DLA's no more than 5, two euroII DLA's which transferred from BN fresh from service on the 319. The Enviros seen on the route are allocated to routes 102 & 329; but a mismatch of allocation of buses have seen a lot of intermixing.

Thanks for that I saw them and was wondering why least that clears that up cheers

PB Metroline apparently have put in a competitive tender for the 34's, an increase in PVR, drivers breaks to be had at Arkley stand even though Buses to still end at Barnet Church. Contractors currently measuring up the yard for potentially knocking down the canteen to increase garage standing capacity. Rumours rife though that we are losing 234's.

That's interesting, so does this mean that Metroline have won the 34? If so, it would have made more sense to move the 82 to W instead rather than 234 which would probably go to HT.

That's interesting, so does this mean that Metroline have won the 34? No, it just means that rumours are going around (as always) - however it is possible that operators will undertake surveys and look at their options etc when bidding for routes to make sure they can run them if their Tender is successful. Remember that nothing is official until confirmed - and as far as I am aware at the moment we have not had any news or confirmation of the Tender result.
