Route 26 will suffer same issues as Route 11 with Whitehall protests, traffic in Trafalgar Square and the city.

Today's the last day of Metroline's operation of the 295. Normally I'd turn an eye on this but it is one of only three Metroline routes that enter South London so with that uniqueness in mind: Walked to Wood Green Station Piccadilly line- Wood Green to Kings cross st Pancras Circle line- Kings Cross st Pancras to Ladbroke grove OME49909 (23)- Ladbroke Grove Station to Ladbroke Grove/Sainsbury's VWH2130 (295)- Ladbroke Grove/ Sainsbury's to Bothwell Street (things got a little sticky here. There was an accident off Bothwell Street which meant that we couldn't turn left onto it. Waited on the bus for about 20 minutes before calling it a day and going home.) VWH2124 (295)- Greyhound Road to Hammersmith Bus Station Piccadilly line- Hammersmith to Wood Green Walked home 168, 295, what other Metroline route serves South London? Route 190 as well (Richmond - SW London)

I guess they are also calculating the train you 'may' have missed when interchanging as well as the waiting time for the next train.

There are extra: 1. N9 running between Trafalgar Square and Chiswick Roundabout 2. N15 running between Trafalgar Square and Barking Station (as mentioned already) 3. N29 between Trafalgar Square/ (Tottenham Court Road after 4-5am tomorrow) to Wood Green If the N23 and N27 no longer reach Hammersmith then shorts as far as Chiswick Roundabout might be a good permanent thing. This is only taking place due to HM Queen Elizabeth II Funeral road closures and expected busier travel.

Hackney as a town is East London, however the BOROUGH is made up of East and North London constituencies.

Noticed in Ilford and Seven kings diversion signs for the 66! One was on the Romford Road A406 junction so the diversion will be lengthy (Guesses buses come from Manor Park / Leytonstone route W19 direction). I assume the A12 will be or has been closed at some point? Route 66 id on multiple diversions over the next couple of weeks depending on the section of Eastern Avenue (A12) being closed. The last few weeknights have been the Romford end and it went via Chadwell Heath to Romford. From today until next week, on weeknights it is diverted between Whalebone Lane North and Gants Hill via Chadwell Heath, Goodmayes, Seven Kings, Ilford and Cranbrook Road. So as you mentioned, quite a lengthy diversion! The next diversion will between Gants Hill and Redbridge and routes 66 and 145 will be diverted via Beehive Lane and Redbridge Lane.

Tuesday 5th Jan 2021 at approx. 23:05, Eastbound Met train terminated in Platform 1 at Moorgate and ran West towards Chesham off the platform. A very unusual move, and even the driver's first time doing so. I was surprised to see the train able to carry out that move in ATO too. My mind had a brain freeze with Tuesday, the 5th and 23:05. I did not know if it was the past (Tuesday), present (5th January) or future (11:05pm). Occasionally trains do terminate there unscheduled during peak hours, especially hammersmith and city line trains

Central line is part suspended between North Acton and West Ruislip due to train cancellations and other tube lines have had minor or severe delays due to the same reason. Interesting night ahead!

Hello all, I would like to know the actual plans for New Years Eve Night. I know there is vague information on TFL Website, but it is not detailed...
1. Which routes are operating extra buses? (I know that 29 will have extra buses and 123 & 158 will operate based on what a bus driver I know at AR told me a couple of months ago)
2. Will buses that serve central London terminate early? (The traffic will be bad and I think the turn out will be large)
3. How frequently with the different underground lines run? Do they even have enough drivers?
I wonder if the TFL staff will be strict about paying customers. Will somewhere such as Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road have ticket barriers open to help with smooth flow of passengers. I assume based on previous years Piccadilly, Charing Cross and Leicester Square will be closed after 10/11pm.

The 55 is the only Stagecoach route in Oxford Circus I assume you mean during the day, since N8 and N25 operate there during the night.
