I had an inkling - this Liverpool team is pretty special and they were very strong against Barcelona in the first leg. What’s better is that they did it without Salah or Firmino! And what incredible thinking from Trent Alexander-Arnold!
Come on Spurs, make it an all English final!
And after tonight would anyone rule out Liverpool pulling off another unlikely result this weekend and winning the league? Obviously they need Brighton to do them a favour but the luck does seem to be with them at the moment!

Wash your mouth out with that filthy language regarding Spurs & winning - come on Ajax As for Liverpool congrats to them and despite not a supporter of them, I hope they win the league instead of that cheating team in blue with their backhanders to UEFA & Premier League.

I have to admit I didn't see any chance of that happening, and whilst it was quick thinking by Trent A-A for the 4th goal serious questions have to be asked about the Barca defence, they were asleep!
Anyway as a Chelsea fan I shall be cheering Ajax tonight and I wouldn't expect anything else from Tottenham fans if it were the other way around.
Hopefully Man City will clinch the title at the weekend, I was fairly neutral about who won it but I wouldn't want Liverpool's blatant cheating at Newcastle to be the deciding factor, VAR cannot come soon enough!

Messi didn't turn up yesterday, which goes to show the whole team relies on him. The same with when Ronaldo let Madried

Except Manchester City are the biggest cheats going as Solskjaer eluded to but even behind the scenes as well with all the backhanders to UEFA & the Premier League - why do you think every contentious decision goes in their favour and why Kompany has missed out on a number of red cards over the last few seasons.

Wash your mouth out with that filthy language regarding Spurs & winning - come on Ajax 😂 I’d quite like to see Liverpool win the Champions League because this team deserves some silverware and the Premier League is probably beyond them But, it would be enormous fun to see the reaction from the Gooners if Spurs pull off something they couldn’t do in 20-odd years of trying! Just for the record, when it comes to top end games like this I’m neutral - the chances of my team competing in the Champions League are pretty remote. We’re finding League 1 difficult enough! 😂

The final was bit of a let, awful game from a neutral point of view and a highly contentious penalty in the opening minute.

Indeed but I’m just relieved and happy that Liverpool won after our disgraceful performance the other night. Pochettino got his team selection hopelessly wrong by dropping hat trick hero Lucas which shows just how little other players are valued as apposed to Harry Hotspur.

What was odd is Liverpool area had trouble (2 stabbings?) after the win, yet in Tottenham, nothing happened... just saw people trudging home. They had opened the stadium and put it on the screens. Still, 2nd best in Europe isn't bad Very quiet most of the day though. Considering Spurs had bought no players that summer, it was quite an achievement to make the finals

Obviously it was great to win the Europa League but the Champions League is the big one and if Tottenham had won it........ would we ever hear the last of it? In fairness I thought Arsenal shaded the first half but obviously fell apart in the second.
