25 - Ilford and City Line 208 - Selkent Line? Although now it's under GAL the name isn't as fitting 507 - Victoria Line 521 - Waterloo and City Line 🤣 I’ve reserved the Selkent name for routes 53, 177 & 180 (the 180 is also a GAL route but it’ll be Selkent to me 😉) since they’re probably the most well known and prolific Selkent routes, all serve Woolwich and Plumstead and are lengthy trunk routes across South East London. Bearing in mind Selkent stands for South East London & Kent ... probably 208 is more deserving than your group of 3 routes.

I’d probably go with ‘The Hospital Hopper’ for the G1, seeming as it does serve a couple of hospitals and a few health centres along its route.

Reminds me of the H1 route that London General use to to operate with DRL88 and DRL92, the route literally being a hospital Hopper between Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and another that I can't remember the name off along the C10/507 route.

St thomas? No it was north of the river, around the area where the 88, 507 and C10 converge.

Postally some areas of SE London still identify as Kent .... and things have not changed since the Selkent name was introduced ... one Stagecoach garage even has Kent in its address. All of this is irrelevant as the subject was over which route would be most suitable for using the Selkent name ...

No it was north of the river, around the area where the 88, 507 and C10 converge. I think that was the site of the former Westminster Hospital, which was absorbed into the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, but some services remained on the old site (possibly nurses' accommodation).
There are a few pics of the H1 here including a Red Arrow GLS. The service was later operated by Limebourne, and continued to be operated by them after their main bus operation had been sold to Connex. Confusingly there were two H1s in operation at that time, as the TfL H1 (at Hampstead Garden Suburb) was still running. I think the hospital route was later renumbered HC1, at least internally.
