278 should be night route to give Hillingdon and Ickenham night route. Also should be extended to Pinner via Eastcote station, 282 to Bridle Road, H13 to Pinner. To connect to other night routes and to link Pinner and Ruislip at night. Possible extension over the H12 to Stanmore to create an orbital route across north west London at night and connects to the night tube, plus links more places to Heathrow at night.

N311: new weekend only night route running between Greenford Station and Trafalgar Square via route 105 to Greenford Broadway, E3 to Turnham Green Station and N507 to Trafalgar Square. Running on weekends only assisting the N507 and linking Greenford and Greenford Avenue to the night tube on the Piccadilly Line. N507: extended from Trafalgar Square to Liverpool Street via N26. To link Liverpool Street with Ealing and Hammersmith. I don’t think that the N11 should be withdrawn.

NE1: extended from Greenford Broadway to Greenford Station via 105 to Greenford Station. To link North Greenford with the night tube on the Central Line at Ealing Broadway.

NE1: extended from Greenford Broadway to Greenford Station via 105 to Greenford Station. To link North Greenford with the night tube on the Central Line at Ealing Broadway. I don't really like having two letters next to each other for a route number. I'd rather just extend the E1 in the daytime to Greenford stn as this would also have benefits to East Greenford and Hanwell

I'd rather just extend the E1 in the daytime to Greenford stn as this would also have benefits to East Greenford and Hanwell I agree with the part about calling it the NE1 but in regards to the rest, it depends on what the actual purpose of the current routing is and is there really benefit to the extension your seeking. Someone more local can tell me but from my own limited observations, the main draw for the E1 is to link the northern part of Hanwell, Drayton Green and parts of West Ealing with a link to local shops at Greenford Broadway and a link to more extensive shopping at Ealing Broadway as well as train links to Westfield & Central London (West Ealing has direct train links already) so if I've got that correct, then I don't see what purpose an extended E1 to Greenford Station has given it's shopping area is miniscule in comparison to Greenford Broadway let alone Ealing Broadway and the train links from Ealing Broadway dwarf what Greenford offers. This is why understanding the purpose of the existing routing and what it offers is important and why I've been critical of a number of ideas recently, including a number of your own ones because it's not simply draw a line from one place to another.

It would be a bit awkward to have a letter prefix with a night time variant, unless it operated in central London, because most night routes with a different routing to their day equivalent just extend further out in London like the N8 for example

That's true but I do think linking Greenford station to places east of Greenford Broadway on Ruislip Road East (the E1 isn't the best example since it only serves part of it but I used it because it's frequent and short so if something did get extended the E1 maybe the best option), since although links exist to Hanwell, West Ealing and Ealing Broadway stations, a link to Greenford station could be useful

Miniscle shopping area. Westway Cross Retail park right round the corner from Greenford Station and that’s not minuscule shopping area. Also a link between Greenford Station and Ealing Broadway could be useful as people in the North Greenford and Greenford Station have been asking for link to Ealing Broadway.

Not too sure on the N86 as I'm not too familiar with the area But they are night routes with a slightly different routing from their day counterparts and they run outside Central London.

Fair enough that they've been asking for a link there. Westway Cross has 18 units which is minuscule when compared to the 60-70 units at Ealing Broadway shopping centre and that's not including the other shops along the main throughfares and certainly no comparison to Westfield.
