The changeover when route have 24hr operation can be interesting as occasionally, I assume due to poor communication, the overlap is not seemless. The 25 (TT) to N25 (SLN) was fine and without hiccup. My big hope with this change is that it brings the 25, 86 & 425 under one operators remit as service along the Romford Road ever since the 425 was extended has been awful as all 3 routes run together, the 25 should of kept its Mile En shorts as it enabled better headway where as you cannot control headway for 3 different routes all together. This being said I am hopeful of Stagecoach perhaps having roadside controllers to maintain headway between Stratford & Ilford spacing buses out a little. Also observation at Stratford: Literally everyone that gets off the N86 wants to get on a N25/25 into town, imo cut the N86 and just extend the required amount of N25s to Harold Hill, again the headway argument comes back as the N86 and N25 always manage to run together so by removing the N86 you result in a better service. they did that before with the N25. Makes the scheduling incredibly challenging having extensions to the route every 20/30 minutes fitting into a route that runs every 8 minutes. I have no doubt that aspect would be challenging however if it provides a better link for current and more importantly new customers, it should happen. The N18 & N207 both manage with an every other bus extension and used to be more common the further back you look. No reason why 1/3 of N25s off Oxford Circus couldn't have diagrammed extensions, with Crossrail set to come and will boost the Harold Wood area implementing a more useful route would be good for the area at night.

Yeah people haven't taken to their new "Windows 10 loading circle" logo that well We'll get used to it... it is a lazy refresh after 20 years, similar to Arriva when they copied Sharps Bedrooms' font and rearranged the Wheel into an 'A' The arriva new logo was ok. First impressions was the lack of a capital A, but then after it grew on me. The Stagecoach one still has not grown on me and just looks cheap, non corporate and looks as though it is 30 years out of date. When you are next at work, could you tell Tottenham Garage the new Arriva logo is ok? Apart from DW422 and a couple of HV's, there's nothing The new Stagecoach logo isn't bad, but the colours in the circle will get lost in that London bland red... I wish London operators could have the same creativity they had in 2001

I wish London operators could have the same creativity they had in 2001 Norwood only has one example HV321 after its altercation. Otherwise down south the new logo has only been applied to refurbished buses, so DW259-74 at TC, HV1-17 at BN and the E200s at TH, plus most 10-reg Ts there as well.

Of course however for the workers starting very early they don't have this option, also likely can't really afford it.

Has the 146 always been interworked with the 336, or has this arrangement only been the case since both routes moved over to TB back in 2016?

Don’t think Metrobus interworked the 146 with any of their other routes For many years there were a few journeys on the 146 that were worked by buses from other routes - even when the route was run from GD, MB continued to work these journeys. Going back a bit further I believe there was some interworking with the 246 for a while (in the days when both routes used Mini Darts). However in the latter years of Metrobus operation it did become a standalone operation.

Couple of thing worth noting on in addition on the buses that have been out of use recently are that 12274 is now permanently withdrawn after the fire damage back in February on the 422 and obviously this was done before the 25 MMC's entered service.

Don’t think anyone has linked today’s Stagecoach Trading update It appears (Capital spending section) were planning to spend £105m and £38m on leases for this year (prior to Covid), but now going to be just £40m and £20m leases. However now adding £14m capital expenditure on buses available for delivery in short term. otp.investis.com/clients/uk/stagecoach/rns/regulatory-story.aspx?cid=273&newsid=1393256Not sure what to make of this, as leased buses often London ones, so why did it half. I suspect the quick delivery buses are ones other Operators have cancelled

I saw the 25 on First day of Service with Stagecoach while doing the 76 but didn't really pay too much attention, I was on 76 Today and saw 25 again but had a good look and realised that they are Mirrorless as well, I was impressed with their buses more impressive when saw them Mirrorless👍

Even though I am not a big fan of slavecoach I'm impressed with what they have ordered.
