Just spotted 82022 at Stratford. This batch have the rear destination displays. The display seem poor in comparison to the Go Ahead Ee’s. Would imagine that's down to Go Ahead using Hanover displays which tend to be a lot brighter. Think that’s a good thing though Someone has just posted a picture of 82051 (not me) www.flickr.com/photos/martinruthe/53873698739/in/photolist-2q5CMGPYou literally can’t tell it’s a screen instead of smart blinds, which is exactly how it should be (that is obviously when they’re working properly 😂)

Today I was on one of the 86’s electro liners and I noticed that the back of the wheelchair cushion had the transport UK/abellio moquette on it. Anyone know what that’s about?

DS have been fairly rigid with their allocation of EV (Ee263-Ee273) to the 262. In the last 10 days this is the only diesel/hybrid I can find working the route: GAL WVN3 LK59FEU 18/07/24 18:58 20:25 ...wonder if this was a log-on jobbie? Wrong thread I think

I worked at Russell Square from 95 to 99 and used to see this bus daily after Capital Citybus gained the 91 in 1997.

It (eventually) transferred to NP and (I think) was repainted into the red/yellow livery. Like 238, the rear display wasn't that reliability. I can't remember what it's "favourite" display was, but the rear blinds on 238 were stuck on "67 Trafalgar Square"
