Is route N279 going to be moving back to Enfield garage (with ESs) when the 279 converts?

Is route N279 going to be moving back to Enfield garage (with ESs) when the 279 converts? More than likely, if there's already ES's run from there. The only other ES's will be Tottenham but that won't be until after August and I suspect many of those ones will be on the night time element of the 243

Hopefully this triggers a migration of three or so MMCs to the 318... saw one of the 2008 ENs with hazards on, lights off at Bruce Grove Station this morning... they have been stalwart performers considering their age and constant use

It wouldn’t half surprise me if the three MMCs currently allocated to 404 somehow find their way back to QB.

The ones with Abellio aren’t unreliable though - it was established that issues with the chargers rather than the buses was the initial issue.

I see the new EMs for the 377 have Arch topped seats and not the high back ones all other Arriva new buses are having.

Maybe the phrase ‘Mind The Gap’ doesn’t translate terribly well into the London bus world 🤣

A shame this photo ended up on every social media platform last night. It first appeared on Fastybook I believe. This could have actually been fatal if anyone was working underneath that. Whoever took that photo is probably getting the sack.

My manager at TB showed me a few photos his friend got of that, terrible really, shouldn't ever happen as its not like the pit isn't clearly marked out, how it got that far along the pit is insane, but it could of been fatal as said if anyone was working in the pit. I heard there was one incident at Bromley many years ago where both rear wheels fell into the pit somehow, not sure how exactly but that's what was said. Someone definitely should loose there job for that as I can't imagine the damage that's been caused to that bus mechanically.

There will probably be some serious investigation over this and if this happened at any garage or company should have been kept quiet and not put on social media. Yes it is clearly marked and whoever drove it on there is probably in trouble. The good thing is it did not fall totally onto its side which could have been terrifying.
