The T buses on route W3 should start being withdrawn in 2 weeks due to more influx of HV's becoming available. That will leave the 144 (part) & 329 the only remaining Diesel operated routes from WN garage. Any idea where the Ts will be heading? |

Quite a sizable chunk of them will be gone once the Electrics for the 279 turn up BristolRE who I believe is one of your colleagues at E, has a fairly popular YouTube channel described the T buses as ‘very nasty’ in one video and are apparently very unpopular buses 😂 Can’t imagine the T buses on the 279 going anytime soon though with the power output issues E is having I've slowly shown BristolRE the light, if you see a T bus on the 307 of a night, he's the one driving it, he realised they're really good at climbing hills lol A lot of drivers absolutely hate them. On the 144 in the evening if some of the drivers notice a T bus is still on the route past 7pm they'll call up Ibus and ask what their 2nd bus is. If you tell them its a T they'll park whatever they had before behind the Cinema and take their break there instead of inside the garage, just to not drive a T Personally I love driving them maybe because I started out as a driver at Leyton so I spend the first year and a half only driving T's of different flavours (and the odd LT ofc) |

Arriva operations out of London are bidding for some of the Ts, it’s my understanding that not all of them will be retained by the company.

Excuse my ignorance, but I would never have thought money needs to be exchanged when T buses are just being transferred around the same company, just a different area 😂 |
