Did the 141 ever get new vehicles on contract renewal with Arriva? If not then we're looking at least 30-40 years since the 141 got an allocation of brand new vehicles Now looking at it, you are right. There was DLP's but do not think that was a full allocation and think those were mainly for the 29's when new. The Grey-Green buses on the 141 were not new or they would have had to been J reg and I very much doubt the Citybuses were. It could be worst than the case of route 97. It could go back to the 1970's with the Daimler Fleetline! The B10Ms on the 141 were B-reg rebodied coaches, any of the Citybuses were F-reg or G-reg from the 24 or 168. There was a handful of H-reg dual door Citybuses but I don't think they were for the 141.

Did it ever go full HV? It has been part, never full. I thought that HV38-48 was apart of its allocation alongside HV59-63 to make full allocation for the 144 before they went south for the 301 and swapped with the DWs on that route. Those were for the 67

Are LTs actually blinded for N137 now? I do wonder why the ES allocation has stopped

Are LTs actually blinded for N137 now? I do wonder why the ES allocation has stopped I was wondering the same, I assume they are preparing the move to the 64. But the infrastructure at TH hasn't finished yet.

Those were for the 67 Yes but the 67 was at SF and i remember in about June 2019 after the 67 was converted to LT operation they were transferred to WN for a while and I thought they were for the 144 to make it fully HV alongside HV59-63. Then in July 2019 HV38-48 went to Dartford for the 301 for exchange for its DWs.

Strange I know, but I'm feeling worried for the Dartford bus garage? 3 routes gone, and 1 potentially also to leave. Attachments:

Strange I know, but I'm feeling worried for the Dartford bus garage? 3 routes gone, and 1 potentially also to leave. I personally wouldn't read too much into it, its only been two days since the announcement. 335 may have been handed back simply because its dead runs are high mileage. One good point somebody mentioned on here is that if Dartford were to close it could potentially cause problems for both competitors (GAL/Stagecoach). Stagecoach may get away with it as they have some space but GAL would have to be shifting routes left right and centre due to gaining a lot of routes. Unless Arriva open a new electric outstation... this is just me speculating but I hope you get my point...

"Out with a whimper...not with a bang"
After generating so many posts it seems that the final three 57 reg Enviro 200s operating the 318 slipped quietly unnoticed into TfL retirement back in February.
EN13 LJ57UTF AL 318 20-02-2024 06:45 13:09 AR EN18 GN57BPO AL 318 26-02-2024 07:00 17:00 AR EN20 GN57BPV AL 318 17-02-2024 00:00 00:30 AR
According to one member, EN18 was apparently earmarked to be the Spurs "Premier League Victory Parade Bus" (think this was in a 'fantasy' thread)
Last thought - I wonder if the blinds have been recycled?

The long DLPs were almost all for the 29 (36 buses for a PVR of 31 - I guess one or two may have been for the 141). The 141 did get a part-allocation of new VLWs in 2002. It should have had a full allocation of new buses at that point but I think the decision to turn AD into an all-VLW garage meant that it also got some existing DLAs. It has had a few more part-allocations since then: the prototype hybrids in 2009, and some DWs in 2013. But never a full allocation of new buses.

The G-reg batch is a bit of a mystery, as they turned up well before the 168 was won. I think they may have been bought for general fleet renewal but were then used to make up the allocation on the 168 when that route was won later in the year. Grey Green certainly didn't buy any new buses for the 141.

I'm pretty certainly there was a handful of dual doored G-reg ones as well, may have been for a PVR increase on the 24
