The 41 could do with support as it is a busy service and throughout the pandemic has only continued to be. To me it would be far more useful than Crouch End & uses an existing stand on Ducketts Green. I guess it wouldn't be bad but I only see it going as far as Hornsey. Wood Green and Turnpike Lane are packed plus the 91 is never returning to LT type allocation. Theres a free stand in Ducketts Green so it wouldn't be impossible having it terminate there. Hornsey is a little bit useless, I'm not sure where Crouch End residents choice of station is but I'd place good money on them being Archway, Finsbury Park & Turnpike Lane.

Route 345: curtailed to Clapham Junction and slightly extended to terminate at Clapham Junction Station. The route would then operate between Clapham Junction and Peckham. The Clapham Jct-South Kensington section will be replaced by new route 338, which will operate between South Kensington and Putney.

The 345 already serves Clapham Junction Station, the Grant Road entrance to be precise which is the near the bus stop on Falcon Road. If your 338 route is running to Putney via the 37 & 337, then it’s not warranted as the 337 provides the assistance to the 37. Clapham Junction to Wandsworth is well stocked as well. I’d rather the 345 was simply split into two routes - 345 from Clapham Junction to Lewisham via the current route to Peckham and then via whatever route to Lewisham & a 445 from Brixton Station to South Kensington

An alternative would be to divert the 445 via the 35 to Brixton Station and decrease the 35's frequency back to it's original one pre 40 diversion

Can users who are more local tell me whether Abbeville Road/Village needs a bus service? Noticed a bit of a gap in service coverage there. Seems pretty dense and very residential.
Of a potential route to run there I was thinking extending the 315 from Balham and either terminating at Clapham Common.

Possibly and an extension of the 315 would seem ideal, I can't see any obvious case against it unless there are residents objections particularly over bus stop locations.

Would have thought it was a non-starter once residents hear about it. Not sure it's needed either - it's only a short walk to the current routes, and would suggest most residents are avid car users.

I know the area quite well and it's not particularly needed especially as it's a short walk away from several major bus routes

New bus route N321 Foots Cray Tesco to Trafalgar Square via N21 and 321 N21 Withdrawn This give out new night and give Foot Cray Tesco a night link back to Central London

New bus route N321 Foots Cray Tesco to Trafalgar Square via N21 and 321 N21 Withdrawn This give out new night and give Foot Cray Tesco a night link back to Central London I think the only question is whether to use the number N21 or N321 and the Fri/Sat night service restored on the 132, I don't think the Eltham to Bexleyheath section justifies a 7 day a week night service.

I've heard that the 156 gets really busy in the peaks by a few members on here, so I don't know whether cutting it back would be a good idea as though not local, there might be quite a good chunk of people using the 156 across Clapham Junction. But am happy to be corrected by locals of the 156. Not that I've noticed but the 436 would do the same job anyway.

But am happy to be corrected by locals of the 156. From my experience the Clapham to Wimbledon section can be quite busy in peaks particularly beyond Wandsworth towards Wimbledon. The Clapham to Vauxhall section isn’t as busy, the 344 is far busier on the Nine Elms section. It would be interesting if the 156 was diverted elsewhere, the problem is though everywhere is pretty much covered from Clapham. Perhaps it could be merged with the C3 and become Wimbledon to Earls Court Tesco. The 156 and 219 could swap routes between East Hill and Clapham Junction with the 156 taking over the 219s section on Wandsworth Rise. So it loops into Clapham Junction with the 219 taking the more direct route down St John’s Hill. It would then allow the 436 to be extended to Clapham Junction over the 156s section and take the C3s stand space. It would also add more capacity on part of the 219s route whilst maintaining links in Clapham Junction.
