I think it is still happening. I have heard the Hydrogen StreetDecks are 10.9m and are arriving in Summer 2020? Can anyone confirm this?

Last I heard, Ballard had supplied some of the fuel cells to Wrightbus, and others were still being made in Canada. Then Wrightbus collapsed and all went quiet. I think I heard the delivered cells got diverted to the Aberdeen batch of buses. Can't verify this though. I would guess as production stopped 3-4 months, it is likely the buses are delayed

I know there was a press release from TfL about the hydrogen double deckers saying that they were due for routes 7/N7 and 245 but this was before Wrightbus collapsed and was taken over by Bamford Bus. Does anyone remember how many buses were confirmed on order?

Updated the OP with the addition of the hydrogen double decks for routes 7/N7. I have put the fleet codes, starting date as TBC for the moment.

Hey guys, we have done some changes. To share the workload the first post in the thread will only cover the Abellio, Arriva, Go-Ahead, HCT Group, Sullivans and Uno orders while LK65EBO's post below it will cover the rest of the operator's orders (Metroline, RATP, Stagecoach London and Tower Transit).

20 are on order for the 7 This information has now been added to my original post. Thanks for the information @jordzjohn03 . I'm not sure that anything is on order yet for the 7 - or if there is an order it is very recent. It has been widely reported that the original order with Wrightbus did not survive the collapse, and this month's Buses mag reports very clearly that the Mayor has reported to the Assembly that TfL is "in discussion with Bamford Bus Company ..... although these discussions have not yet been concluded". This will of course have been a few weeks ago now, but I haven't seen any announcement recently. Has anyone? If not I suggest it's safest to regard there being nothing on order for the moment.

Updated the Abellio London & Go Ahead London Bus Orders list today (03/05/2020)
Updates include;
Abellio London - Route C10's new buses not yet in service but all delivered due to COVID-19. Route P5's new buses currently being delivered and 270's new buses currently being delivered.
Go Ahead London - Change of contract starting date for route 106 due to COVID-19, stated that the vehicles are currently being delivered/have been delivered.

I really didn't want to create a new thread and seeing as this is new bus related. Does anyone know when Allison or ZF are going to offer stop start so we can have other options than these horrid horrid euro 6 voith stop start buses which are neither good at stopping or starting.

Voith died after Euro IV, so sad how even I would rather have some Allison & ZF buses. I really liked ZF Euro V Enviro 400's and the few Euro VI ones I've used whilst Euro VI Allison made a lovely sound IMO.

Driving DB300s yea there were times when the gearbox would jerk but it wasn't all the time. However this stop start nonsense on the E200s just seems to be getting worse, now I haven't driven a DLE for the last 6 weeks (I am actually glad as I don't want to do either the 288 or 303) however I have done the 326 (which I like) alot on the last 2 weeks and honestly myself and other drivers are really hating the driving experience of the DMEs, the buses themselves are inconsistent for example 373/374 & 381 have been play to drive however 375/376 & 380 are like driving a articulated lorry, they feel so heavy. They really don't like pulling off especially any scenario where you stop and of nothing is coming you try to move off again like at stop signs or roundabouts it's like the bus is winding up before it moves then all of a sudden it shoots forward, (right turn from longland drive into Totteridge Lane and the little incline Courthouse Gardens onto Nether Street by West Finchley Station and again at the mini roundabout at the end of nether street/Dollis road going up the hill towards Finchley Central. They all have terrible braking but 3 really don't like stopping so you really need to brake early. The garage is aware of these issues but there is nothing they can do as TFL specify stop start buses and voith unfortunately are the only ones who do this gearbox and so that's the only choice available but it makes the buses horrible to drive especially when you have a long twisty route with hills and narrow and bumpy roads. I mean people say the ZF As Tronic is bad but surely can't be worse than this.
