17 meets 153 and 476 29 meets 87 and 232 37 meets 185 and 333 ( and almost meets the 74 as well) 39 meets 156 47 meets 141 and 188 53 meets 159 57 gets very close to 285 89 meets the 178 97 meets 388 I think this was mentioned before but the 160 meets the 320. I actually did these end to end on the same day!
172 meets the 344. Think this is the highest multiple which exists
Believe the shortest route which is a multiple of another is the 507 (meets the 3)

The 4 meets five of its multiples; the 8 at St Pauls, 40 at Blackfriars, parallels the 56 between Angel and St Pauls, 76 and 100 at St Pauls. Before the Central London bus changes it met the 68, 168, 172, 176, 188 all crossing Waterloo Bridge together.

313 and 626, twice a day at Dame Alice Owens School. This is most likely the highest multiple that exists right now.

By the time route 250 was introduced in 1988 route 50 was established in the area. I therefore wouldn't be surprised if route 250 got its number through route 50. That reminds me, back in Ilford route 25 meets routes 150 and 425 (the latter route probably getting its number from route 25).

Those buses will actually never meet given 414 is not 24 hours

If the 88 still got to Tooting, which after all used to happen bigtime, it would meet the 176 and 264. If only the number 352 had been used instead of the 452, that's another one! Also then met the 44 at Tooting

Tricky one which I have been debating. Those buses will actually never meet given 414 is not 24 hours The early services from Holborn might (23:45 service) Last 414 is scheduled through Marble Arch at 0038; first N207 is scheduled through Marble Arch at 0007 (2359 weekends). So plenty of scope for the two to meet.
