The 312/412 thou not sure if that counts as that didnt get beyond the consultation stage. Of course it counts! I thought that was a good proposal. Shame it didn't happen |

The 417 was also proposed to be extended to Clapham Junction - I think this was about 2010

I remeber years ago of seeing on the London bus net that the 43 was supposed to be extended to New Southgate but it didn't happen.
Another was the 224 was supposed to be rerouted between Central Middlesex Hospital and Twyford Abbey Road via Coronation Road, Lakeside Drive, Bodiam Way and then Twyford Abbey Road. The double run via Iveagh Avenue would be discontiuned. This rerouting keep coming up but nothing happens because the nimbys along Twyford Abbey Road stop it from happen. I wish sometimes that TfL would put two fingers up at the residents and go with the rerouting.

The 417 was also proposed to be extended to Clapham Junction - I think this was about 2010 Yes the VLAs had via points of Crown Point, Clapham Common. Not technically inaccurate but normally you wouldnt have the terminal point on the via points. |

Yes there was a consultation. Amazingly tfl listened in back in 2010. I seem to recall a labour politician helped to overturn it.

I do wonder if the proposed route 304 will become one of the routes that weren't to be I thought the same. Yes Crossrail changes haven't fully happened but I'm wondering if the 101 diverted at at Lonsdale Road junction to run to Custom House rather then Beckton bus station/Gallions Reach it could take away the need for the 304. Maybe a small increase on the 474 to maintain cacapcity between Beckton and Manor Park. |

Anyone remember the proposal to extend the 129 to Peckham via Convoy's Wharf? That one lingered on for ages. 15 years later I don't believe any of those houses have been yet been built

I seem to recall that the 452 was to have been rerouted at Ladbroke Grove to finish at Westbourne Park

The 452 was in conjunction with the 23 change aswell. The 332 was also going to re route via Carlton Vale but never has done.
