Probably lots more:
106 and 236 Starts at 3.55am - Both routes have been 24 hours at one stage so could explain the early starts, both also serve local hospitals. The 482 is quite an early one starting at 3:20am Another route serving Heathrow with an early start is the 423 which beings at 3:20 am

The N614 was the only N route to begin with a 6xx.

Is the 246 the only bus to reverse in service? (into its terminal at Chartwell - unless something's changed in the past few years)
I wonder if the 380 is the only route where you can see deer. (At Thorntree Road, Maryon Wilson animal park)

I think it was designed to support UH students to socialise at night. I seemed to remember it only operated 3 return journeys on Wednesday to Friday nights. It ran express from Hatfield, The forum to Edgware. Not sure if is served any intermediate stops but it certainly bypassed Barnet

Deer have a habit of invading the front gardens of people in Harold Hill so I imagine the 499 and 174 are also routes where you could see deer. The 85 might be another one where you could see them in Richmond Park.

(At Thorntree Road, Maryon Wilson animal park) I doubt this is unique, but I don't know any other routes that encounter this but, the 154 and X26 are routes where you are bound to see horses and cows wandering around the Duppas Hill Park. I think you could see them with the 157, but just barely. You can see horses from the P4 & P13 on Dulwich Common in the stables located their but also from time to time using the road itself

I've never known a deer escape the park but not saying it hasn't happened. You can most definitely see them on the 65 and double deckers when on the 371 around Petersham.
