Nope as all routes at Cromwell road bus station in Kingston reverse in service. The 81 reverses out of its stand in Slough The G1 reverses to do a three-point turn at Shaftesbury Estate. I believe it's still in service as passengers can alight at the "Shaftesbury Estate/Wickersley Road" stop Z?

There's houses on that side between the park and the road, think the only proper place is on the Petersham side There is a sign on the A3 saying warning deer but it's almost impossible that one would espace onto the A3 since robin hood gate has been closed for years. I've never known a deer escape the park but not saying it hasn't happened. You can most definitely see them on the 65 and double deckers when on the 371 around Petersham. All roads into the Park have cattle grids at the edge of the Park which effectively prevents the deer from getting out. If the free RP1 minibus starts up again (not likely now this year) that's one route where you will definitely see deer!.

Nope actually they don't which does make it surprising that no deers to escape.

Yes that's right - when I was doing my end to end challenge, I watched the G1 turn up (I'd cut through the estate from Lavender Hill) and do the 3 point turn with it's passengers on board before standing at the first/last stop

I wonder if the 380 is the only route where you can see deer. (At Thorntree Road, Maryon Wilson animal park) I frequently had to stop for deer to cross the road on the R5/R10, usually around the Blacksmiths Arms area of Cudham Lane. So frequent were their appearances that a regular chap who usually didn’t travel along Cudham Lane always asked if I’d seen the deer recently

Is the 246 the only bus to reverse in service? (into its terminal at Chartwell - unless something's changed in the past few years) I wonder if the 380 is the only route where you can see deer. (At Thorntree Road, Maryon Wilson animal park) I doubt this is unique, but I don't know any other routes that encounter this but, the 154 and X26 are routes where you are bound to see horses and cows wandering around the Duppas Hill Park. I think you could see them with the 157, but just barely. I’m pretty sure one can see horses on the 372 as well

One can often see foxes on the 135/277 as well Plenty around Millwall Park/Mudchute Farm, while there are a 1 or 2 usual ones around Manchester Road as well - always walking past my house!

The 108 is the easternmost route to cross the Thames It is possible to travel on all 4 express routes by only relying on them. X68>X26>X140>607. Despite the 92 and 332 terminating at the same place, they both have separate destinations, Brent Park and St Raphael's North. This could just about apply to the 53 and 122 depending on how you view it, terminating across the road from each other. The 108 is also always unique in the sense that it's the only route going past Blackwall Tunnel D6 - the only D route which doesn't serve Canary Wharf

Barking & Dagenham is one of the boroughs off the top of my head where every single route is officially allocated with buses 10.2m or longer. However BK do have a fleet of single doors for the 462 that escape onto the 366 every now and again Havering gets close too, having the 193 as a 9.6m route. So I imagine that can join under the umbrella of no single door routes in the borough. On the borough theme, is Barking & Dagenham the closest borough to Central London without a direct day bus into Zone 1? Although the 25 and 115 get extremely close.

Speaking of Single door buses MB Garage currently have the most Single Door 8.9m Buses in London and from my knowledge has always had the most. There was a point at least over 80 buses in the fleet were Single Door buses running the following all at once 138 146 162 233 336 367 464 B14 R1 R2 R3 R4 R5 R6 R7 R10 R11 154-184 = 31 SE261-267 = 8 SE288-290 = 3 (On Loan) SEN10, 38 WS1-9, 57-59 = 12 A Total of 53 Excluding SE288-290 which are currently at SW. Will be increased to 63 once MB takeover the 354 & R7 At one point TL run 124 273 354 356 380 all with Single door buses before the 380 was upgraded to 10.2m Darts from the 314 with about 51 Single door buses don’t think any other garage has had such a high number of vehicles other than MB & TL TB currently have 29 Single Door buses however SW has 33. Cannot think of any other locations that have had large numbers of Single Door 8.9m buses
