65 Kingston and 66 Romford. But the question was about nearest termini - for 65/66 that would be Leytonstone and Ealing, which isn't quite as far. If we were going for the furthest termini I'd say 607/608 - Uxbridge to Shenfield. If furthest, 312 and 313 are quite far apart. Potters Bar to South Croydon is around 26 miles as the crow flies |

Which consecutive route numbers have the largest distance between their nearest termini? The 371/372 as well as 370/371 I think must be strong contenders. Manor circus / Hornchurch and manor circus / Romford market is close to 30 miles as the crow flies Any others? I make it 22.8 miles between Manor Circus and Hornchurch in a straight line, so not quite 30 miles. But can't think of anything that beats it! 293/294 comes closeish at 21.1 miles between Morden and Havering Park. |

The 111 has a level crossing in hampton. Which other routes if any have a level crossing (trains, not trams)? The 152 and the 969 are the only ones that come to mind for me. The UL70 too - service LO-S from Stratford to Richmond which runs this Sunday! |

Has anyone mentioned the 121 at Enfield Lock Station (Ordnance Road)? Some nice mentions there, and I've quickly gone to check back the Quiz subforum to look up what the rest may be, and there's surprisingly quite a few  Whyteleafe Station has the 434. Bollo Lane, Acton - 440 & 70 [oops already mentioned].
Wood Lane, Isleworth has the H28 [already mentioned as well].
West Barnes Lane and at Motspur Park - K5 [also already mentioned].H25 formerly went through a crossing as well, but was diverted away from it if I recall correctly. Edit: yup, used one at Bedfont Lane until 2011275 goes close to one but only actually crosses it if on diversion, it's happened before |

Many years ago, the 135 used to cross this one on journeys to the industrial estates or Enfield Lock. |
