A route for a challenging turn is definitely the 31, after Belsize Road roundabout at South Hampstead, there are two lanes only and parked cars on both sides of the road which means only small cars can make it running bothways while the 31s take up the whole road in one direction so often have to wait and that patch of road always has roadworks too so is a mess Abbey Road bus stop towards White City

Before HD lost the H12 every route they ran passed the garage. Now they have the X140 and 186 neither of which serve the garage. However if you include night routes, then HD had operated N16 and N98 which don’t pass the garage, whilst they had the H12 and before they had the X140 and 186 Good point, was only thinking of day routes

The Bromley to Catford section of the 336 can be quite challenging for drivers.

For a brief time in the 90s the Metros on the 57 displayed 'Brixton Garage' on its blinds, confusing some passengers into thinking the route now goes beyond Streatham Hill: Telford Avenue¹ to Brixton.
¹ - then the route's terminus

I even remember standing behind a passenger who asked the driver if he goes to Brixton to which he replied "yes"....which then made me wonder if he knew where Brixton actually was.
¹ - then the route's terminus

one challenging turn is for the 41/210 and the routemasters that dead run round there when they turn right to go to the swimming pool and there are parked cars on both sides so the drivers have to be careful not to hit the parked cars.

Since it’s tucked away in an industrial estate, no routes run by GW serve the garage. The 204 is the only ON route not to pass the garage. Before HD lost the H12 every route they ran passed the garage. Now they have the X140 and 186 neither of which serve the garage. I believe your GW point also applies to PB and especially EC. EC especially is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. (With PB I’m talking about TfL only obviously) Think it’s fair to say all of PB’s TfL routes are a country mile away from the garage. As already pointed out I’d say the winners here are AC and AV. (I don’t really count school routes at proper routes tbh, again as pointed out AV’s 697/8 don’t run there)

What garages in London are there where none of the routes which pass the garage are operated by the operator out of that garage? One off the top of my head is Silvertown where the Tower Transit on the 473 and Stagecoach on the 474 pass it but Go Ahead themselves have no routes which do. Also can be flipped and said what garages in London have every route which passes them run by the company which also runs the garage? Since the 418 has moved to TV, none of the routes which EB operate pass the site itself anymore

Does anybody know 1. Which 2 routes share the most stops? and 2. Which 2 routes share the longest overall distance?

The 53 has a turn at Orchard Road onto Griffin Road that can either be easy or Avery challenging depending on conditions like traffic blocking the road.
Which routes run to unique terminuses both ends? The 124 is one, and IIRC no other buses terminated at Whitehall normally other than the 53 before its cut, now the 3 terminates there.

The 111 and 285 are rare examples of routes which have the same destination points.
