The 53 has a turn at Orchard Road onto Griffin Road that can either be easy or Avery challenging depending on conditions like traffic blocking the road. Which routes run to unique terminuses both ends? The 124 is one, and IIRC no other buses terminated at Whitehall normally other than the 53 before its cut, now the 3 terminates there. 365 and 174 would be good candidates Also the 103 W15 as well would be a good candidate. 365 not so much, it isn’t unique in Havering Park which is also where the 294 terminates.

Does anybody know 1. Which 2 routes share the most stops? and 2. Which 2 routes share the longest overall distance? 109 and 250, 68 and 468, 36 and 436, 14 and 414, 53 and 453, 37 and 337. It's generally routes that have a similar number that follow other routes to provide a combined PVR.

The 111 and 285 are rare examples of routes which have the same destination points. 109 and 250 406 and 418 There are further examples which others have already mentioned Sorry mate, think you will quickly regret using the word "rare"

Also, hasn't something like this been mentioned in this very thread before (or at least somewhere in this forum)?

The 111 and 285 are rare examples of routes which have the same destination points. Not that rare there are plenty of other examples. Another is the A10 and U3. Incidentally this means Heathrow Central has two pairs of routes which share the same termini, 111 and 285 both go to Kingston whilst A10 and U3 both go to Uxbridge.

What route (s) have the "steepest" bus stops in London? Something I have always wondered? Not sure but I’d say the stop near the top of Spa Hill in Upper Norwood for the 450

What route (s) have the "steepest" bus stops in London? Something I have always wondered? The Erith-bound 99 has a stop halfway up Bostall Hill which is pretty steep.
