I believe route 5 is the only day route with central London and Romford heritage. In January 1981 it became Waterloo - East Ham, but has since then gained eastern extensions but been withdrawn from the west. (I am not counting route 23 as this route number disappeared from 1985 to 1992). Route 134 is the only route to serve zone 1 (Warren Street) operating from a base outside Greater London (PB). Route 157 is the only route (so far) to have been lost by Abellio to Arriva. It may be unique for having all Mon-Sat buses from 1 garage and all Sunday buses from another (N and TH respectively). Route 357 is (I think) uniquely double-deck Mon-Sat and single-deck Sundays. You mean day route as PB have allocations on the N20 and N91.

Waltham Cross is the only Bus Station managed by Transport for London which is not in Greater London.
Transport for London's easternmost bus stop is at Brentwood Sainsbury's, served by route 498. The 608 goes further east than this but its Shenfield stops are not managed by TfL.

A cool thing about the 134, is actually that it just enters Zone 1 at Warren Street. Hampstead Road is apart of Zone 2 as Mornington Crescent Station is in Zone 2. The big 4-way junction at Euston Road means Euston Square and Warren Street are also in Zone 1. If the 134 was ever cut back west, it would no longer serve Zone 1 and sometimes doesnt when it curtails to Mornington Crescent during roadworks.

According to londonbusroutes.net, 251 is run from CP in on Mon-Sat and from BT on Sundays; also H9 and H10 are run from NW Mon-Sat and SO on Sundays. Not sure if things are/were different during Covid reductions.

Looking at bus maps from the 1990s (when buses still had fare zones), the Z1/2 boundary seems to be at the Silverdale bus stop, which is in both zones. Of course that doesn't change the fact that Mornington Crescent is in Zone 2, so you're quite right that any curtailed buses don't reach Zone 1.

The 383 is currently the only Uno route in London. The 692/699 join soon and will be the only Uno school routes and also the first electric school route (bar the 616 rare workings) The 631 is the only school route to run with 7.8m one door buses. Not quite, the 673 will be the first electric school route with the change happening in October.

The 19A when it ran Tufnell Park to Hammersmith, crossed the Thames twice, once over Battersea Bdg, then over Putney Bridge. The 39 had the same two bridges before its cutback in 1989 leaving it crossing just the Putney Bridge

The 608 goes further east than this but its Shenfield stops are not managed by TfL. Just to add to your easternmost one, I believe the southernmost bus stop managed by TfL is Pixham Lane northbound on the 465, northwards I'd say is Waltham Cross Bus Station itself & westwards should be Queensmere Centre (towards Hounslow) in Slough

The 44 used to run closest to Elephant and Castle Station without actually passing outside it, its Mitcham-bound journey turning right halfway along London Road into Garden Row then right into Saint George's Road
The 152 runs in the Wimbledon area but not to Wimbledon Station itself.
The N87 is so far the only official Borisbus route to run through the borough of Merton
The 88 is the first Borisbus route to convert back to standard deckers

The P4 is the only P-series route to meet the other 3 routes in the series along its route.
The 113 is the northernmost day service from Central London if I’m right.
The 358 is the longest route to only serve one borough, as well as the longest single deck route.
The W7 is the shortest route with some form of a night service, albeit suspended for now.
Does the 108 have the longest diversion when it goes via Tower Bridge on Saturday late nights as well?

Crystal Palace Parade however is borough of Lambeth so the 358 does serve a tiny piece of it for 1 stop. The 246 is also about 15 miles just like the 358 and does not exit the borough of Bromley.

From Tooting 333 to Streatham Hill 319 to Sloane Square 19 to Finsbury Park 29 to Manor House 279 to Waltham Cross or From New Addington 64 to Croydon 250 to Brixton 59 to Euston 253 to Manor House 279 to Enfield 313 to Chingford If we're going with the Arriva theme then from 29th August you could stretch that even further. You could get the 405 from Redhill to Croydon then the 250 to Streatham Hill before getting either the 59 or 333 to continue on either of those journeys.
